Refund issue with this companyI recently went on their website and attempted to purchase a pen as a gift for a friend. When I went to check out a message popped up saying my transaction could no be completed and they are working yo resolve the issue with their server. Two days later I find a double charge for $45 each for the space pens on my account. So, I call three different numbers I was given and a answering machine for a [redacted] comes on. I have been trying to get a hold of [redacted] since the 15. I have not received a call back and I am very disappointed with this company. I hope someone can help with this issue .Desired SettlementI would like a refund for both pens and an apology. This is unacceptable behavior .Business Response This order was placed on a Friday afternoon after 5:00 and the following Monday was President's Day so no one was in the office until Tuesday. I did email the customer on Wednesday to inform her that we had two orders in the system for her and that I would go ahead and credit one of those orders. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Once an order is placed in the system it automatically goes through the verification process. Since 2 orders were placed, it was charged twice but was credited back to her account.
