Return info is being sent to customer for a full refund, the incorrect items were sent out.Jeff

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

Order placed for nearly $3000 with another company (All Data Resource) registered under the umbrella of Vision Ecom.
No order confirmation received and no tracking number received after many requests. Business has no listed phone number only a "Sales" email address. Sales person "[redacted]" only replies with "Sorry I was out of the office I'm looking into it now" with no followup.
Further research into complaints with these companies showed many, many similar situations.
These businesses are fraudulent!

Items are still on back order with no eta, I have issued a credit for those items.

This is the first time customer has contacted us on the return, all returns require and RGA and return info requested by email. I will issue an RGA and return info and issue a credit once this item is returned.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this offer because it does not garrantee the shipping costs are the same as the shipping I paid when the product was purchased, in fact the cost of return shipping has quintupled. Additionally as I originally stated to jeff was not what was listed on the web page when the purchase was made, the web page has been corrected to since I made my purchase and complaint. I printed the original screenshot from their web page when I made my purchase.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not found a shipper, that can ship this back to the seller for a reasonable cost. The cost of shipping to the address the merchant provided to me was a minimum $300.00.

We have purchased from their Auto Tool World store. You can't beat their prices. We've been able to get parts from them we could not find elsewhere.

Item is on backorder and due in next week. I am cancelling the order and issuing a full credit on the order.[redacted]

The item can be shipped back UPS, we can offer to pay for half of the return if you change your mind. We have forwarded return info and RA. Once back we will issue a full credit. We usually do not pay for any return shipping on returns. Our policy is below. Here is return info sent.

Return Policy
Since we are in business because of our customers, we try and resolve any problems or concerns that may develop during the purchase process. We want you to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through Autotoolworld.com and ask that you carefully read our return policies below:
Autotoolworld.com offers a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY for products purchased directly from Autotoolworld.com on an approved case by case basis provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED BOX. Autotoolworld.com reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any merchandise returned. Autotoolworld.com will refuse any returned merchandise if items are not returned in the original “SEALED, UNOPENED BOX”. Customer is responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. Autotoolworld.com will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex. Customer will e-mail the tracking number to [email protected] within 24hrs of return pickup. 
All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days prior to being shipped back. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Receiving Incorrect Merchandise: Please email us at [email protected] and fill it out entirely.  Please indicate in the “ANY ADDITITONAL INFORMATION” section the item code of the product you did receive.  We will immediately take care of any miss-ships that are sent.
Defective or DOA Merchandise: In cases the item is defective the customer is responsible for return shipping. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but at the same time you have to realize that it is not our fault either if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our competitive low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you want to return a defective unit, for a refund the shipping and handling charges will be non refundable, and there will be a restocking fee.
If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or email us at [email protected] so we can file a damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package. If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer, please email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to provide your order number. Before we reship or refund the claim with the courier must be resolved.

Terribly slow order processing. Placed an order for a ISONAS access control and door striker on 04/01/2015. I received the access control but it was missing the I/O cable rendering the access control as useless. Contacted customer service and they told me it had to be bought separately, checked the manual and it said that it was included. The product didn't come in a box was wrapped in bubble wrap. I am hoping the unit works. I can't test until I receive the I/O cable that I had to order, they are still processing order. Plus the door striker I still have not received.
