Vision Clarity Eye Drop Reviews (3)

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] and [redacted].  My name is David B[redacted], the owner of Vision Clarity Eye Drops, and I am responding to the Revdex.com case [redacted]. I attached the case document for your records. Today is November 22 and I have refunded [redacted] full amount are for...

order for $27.99. At the end of this email is a receipt. I called [redacted] and left a message indicating this as well, and that there is no need to send any product back. I also explained this in the message, but would like to follow up with a few things as well. As a small family company owned by a husband and wife team, and one employee that is a certified health advisor, or sole purpose for existing is to serve our Creator by serving His children. I consider serving [redacted] of the highest priority as well as every customer I come in contact with. I must not have seen her prior request for a refund. I sincerely apologize for that. We have the old school attitude towards customer service here where the customer is always right. When it comes to our government and the FDA, unfortunately they trump me as a company owner and my customers. Below is the email I sent [redacted] on October 27 with a very detailed explanation of the label change required by the FDA. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do but comply with the FDA regulations. If you purchase a box of Vision Clarity today you will get the exact label you see pictured online. There was a short temporary chance that when we were required to make label changes by the FDA that a customer would get a label that looked different. That is what happened here. Again, I sincerely apologize for that as it was unavoidable. I understand being cautious and personally have had people that I did not trust. I am not offended that you did not take my answer with confidence in our product. I assure you though had nothing has changed but the sticker goes on the box. I am sorry that this is all I can do. I wish you the best with your eye health. Thank you. J(David B[redacted] - OwnerDirect:###-###-####::::DRVitaminSolutions.comVisionClarityEyeDrops.comEyeAl... B[redacted] On Behalf Of [redacted]Sent: Friday, October 27, 2017 12:25 PMTo: '[redacted]' <[redacted].com>Subject: RE: Wrong eye drops received Hello.  Thank you for your order we appreciate your business. I read your message and I will gladly assist you. The N-Acetyl-Carnosine (NAC) is in the eye drops. The formula is the same as it has always been.  It is listed on the label, but we had to list in a different place on the label due to FDA requirements. It is listed under inactive ingredients. Inactive does not mean ineffective, but that is the new requirement that we must abide by. If you are looking for drops with the NAC then I believe you will be happy with the Vision Clarity Eye Drops. If you would like to return the order I certainly will help with that. Please be assured you have the same product.  There is nothing different to send you.  We have changed labels recently and still have old labels in stock that you received.  I will explain more. Our New Look from a Long History of Purity, Quality, & IntegrityVision Clarity eye drops with 1% Carnosine(NAC, N-acetylCarnosine) and 1% Glycerin have been commonly used for many years by our customers that have concerns about cataracts, dry eye, and other eye ailments. We have changed our lookfrom the original red box to a blue box, and now made new label updates to ensure our customers that Vision Clarity still contains the purest 1% N-acetyl-Carnosine available, and we included that on the box label. Above is our original first box label back in 2008.Above is our second box label. Our first change to a blue color. Above is the newest label on the websites, but not shipping yet as it is the update label. We updated because the FDA’s action confused people. We tried to make what’s inside more clear.Above is the older label you received as we were bullied by the FDA and were required to do.. More About Our Ingredients and LabelingThe box and the insert inside do not mention cataracts, or any other eye ailments. This is because of FDA regulations on supplements that prohibit supplement labeling from claiming they are intended to treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any diseases. We at Vision Clarity comply with the FDA fully. The carnosine is listed under other ingredients because the FDA defines glycerin as a drug, but defines carnosine (NAC, N-acetylCarnosine) as an inactive ingredient, requiring the box to list glycerin under Drug Facts and not Supplement Facts, and the N-acetylCarnosine to appear in the other ingredients list on the box. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.   Thank you. J(David B[redacted] - OwnerDirect:###-###-####::::DRVitaminSolutions.comVisionClarityEyeDrops.comEyeAl...
