Vision by Design Landscaping

Hired *** from Visions by design landscaping to redo the brick work and waterfall around the pool and along the pathway on the side of the house. He required 1/2 payment up front and then full payment prior to end of job, all was given. On date of completion several stones needed to be replaced due to bad cuts and discoloring issues. He promised to return and repair and always a no show, excuses always given. The waterfall spouts rusted out within first yr. I have called him to repair several items, at first he responded and then made the attempt to come and repair the waterfall. He broke part of the waterfall and has since not responded to emails, texting, phone calls ,several of all. I have a waterfall that is apart and left apart and does not work, I have several bad cuts in the brick work, I have weeds coming through the stones, from a guarantee from him that he stated prior to the work, he had the correct way to make sure that does not happen. Nothing is repaired/fixed. However he has 100% of my money and no repairs, no fixes and no replacements, I have pictures to support.
