Good Morning ***,After looking at the customer support records and subscription records we have on file, we processed two refunds for you on March 13, as you can see in the attached screenshot As far as the security of your [redacted] account, Virtual Vocations has absolutely no access to personal passwords or information in that respect, nor would we ever at any time have reason to utilize customer email accounts As the company owner, and someone who cares personally about our customers and the confidentiality of their information, I find that accusation offensive You should be looking at ***'s security measures for their customer email accounts more than anything else I trust this situation is resolved to your satisfaction and I am sorry for the hassle with the cancellation
