We purchased a handicap accessible vehicle, with known problems. We want a refund.EWQA1 On 12-20-16 we purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan that was handicap accessible on both sides of the van. VIN # [redacted] Stock # [redacted] Contract # [redacted] We received van on 1-10-2017. That same day we went to license van and the passenger slide door fell off hinge. Parked in our driveway the sliding doors may or may not open. On the streets of Seattle with our hills, parking!! We took vehicle to a local company who deals with accessible vans. They diagnosed the problem and found that the vehicle had been "bottomed out". It was so bad they had to take doors off repair both undersides of van, realign doors, etc.$4000 later.I 1st talked with [redacted] B. on Tuesdy March 28, 2017 and per his request I attempted to email, twice and email bounced.
