Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
That copy of the delivery slip is true and correct. However, it does not solve this issue and Vintage Amusement Company knows it. I paid for a [redacted] 100C model Jukebox and they sent me a [redacted] 100D model Jukebox. I had send this company a check for $1,440 that was going to be used for a slot machine, but because of his physical condition and lack of merchandise we agreed that the $1,440 can be put toward sending me another jukebox. This time the correct model which is the [redacted] 100C. I have three different payment receipts and cashiers checks that show what they are for. The one receipt is not enough to prove anything. It only shows that I got one of the two items I have paid for. I can post all the information here just like [redacted] did in order to show you that he still holds my money without sending me the product in return. I only ask this company to do what is right and refund the $1,440 or send me the [redacted] 100C Jukebox as promised. Vintage amusements and [redacted] should be ashamed of themselves. After surviving cancer and getting a second chance you would think they would treat people and life with high regard. I am not going away. Lets just fix this and make it right.
Regards,
[redacted]
Hello,I am not familiar with this transaction. However I was able to obtain some information. It appears the jukebox was shipped and delivered. I've attached a delivery receipt from [redacted] Transport Co. It shows Vintage Amusement as the shipper and [redacted] as the receiver. He also signed and...
printed his name. The receipt shows no issued with the delivery and [redacted] Transport confirms that as well. It appears that Mr. [redacted] reported some damage to the jukebox sometime after the delivery and a damage claim was filed with the origin carrier [redacted]. However it was [redacted]'s contention that Mr. [redacted] damaged the jukebox himself. I would also point out that the transaction dates from Mr. [redacted] are incorrect as this occurred in 2015 and they are not other transactions from Mr. [redacted] since that time. I hope this clears up the matter and expect this complaint to be eradicated.
