This is absolutely incorrectThe home did have a security panel existing when Mr*** moved inHowever, he wanted an upgraded wireless security system which King Alarm Company put in at no cost with a month monitoring agreementMr*** signed a month monitoring agreement which
states that if the customer wishes to discontinue monitoring services they must submit a written cancellation days prior to the end of their termIn the event that written notice is not received the term rolls over for another months and each year followingMr*** called to cancel and was informed he still has months remaining on his agreementHe began yelling and threatening the staffAfter he calmed down we scheduled a time to remove our panelWhen we came at the scheduled time Mr*** was not there at the scheduled time but his wife was homeInitially, she did not allow the technician inWe called Mr*** and we were granted access to our panel but not the rest of the system that Mr*** did not pay forMr*** is be charged for the remainder of his monitoring agreement, the door contacts, and the motion detector we were not granted access toAdditionally, I Mr***'s statement to the Revdex.com will be submitted to the court when we file a civil motion for the monies owed to King Alarm CompanyMr***'s statement contradicts what he is sayingHe says the panel was existing, but then claims it was a bad product that King Alarm offeredWe were not asked to service his system, and we use a UL approved monitoring facilityAdditionally, Mr*** had a Honeywell Lynx security system installed by King Alarm which is a top of the line security system that he did not pay forThe existing system was left at the premise during installation as King Alarm has no use for a system programmed by another companyWhat Mr*** did with that equipment is unknown, but King Alarm would be happy to put that equipment back up if he can locate it, upon payment for the remaining monitoring left on Mr***'s monitoring agreement

I am rejecting this response because:Kings alarm is saying the same thing as before which is false. Kings alarm set up an appointment but came at a time different from what was scheduled. I was supposed to be home at the time they came and they instead came unnanounced at time that we had not agreed on. This is not a contradiction. It is unclear how we breached any contract. After our contract ended we opted for month to month we spoke to kings alarm and this was fine. We have no intention of paying any fees that kings alarm is claiming we owe.

Again, this statement is contradicting the first statement. In the first statement the complainant claimed we arrived unannounced. Now they are awknowleding scheduling for us to remove equipment. During the discussion to come out the customer did say that the equipment was existing which we disputed at the time. We cannot use a panel that has another companies installer code programmed. Additionally, the customer now says the new company is using existing equipment. The contacts yes can be used. We will allow them to keep the contacts free of charge as to not further the debate. However the unpaid monitoring charges remain per the monitoring agreement which is not a month to month. Lastly, we were not asked to come out to look at false alarms. The customer may have relayed a problem to the monitoring company, however, it is the customers responsibility to call King Alarm Company directly for all service related issues.
