Thank you for allowing Village Cleaners the opportunity to respond.  On 11/16/16, Village Cleaners delivered draperies which were to be hung at the customers residence.  On one of three identical drapery panels, there was damage that consisted of about 4" in diameter.  After...

attempting to hang the draperies, the damage became noticeable as the sunlight reflected through the rubber backing.  The employee hanging the draperies contacted a supervisor at 2:08 pm, where instruction was given to have the employee bring the draperies back to a Village Cleaners facility where the damage and a resolution could be assessed.  Later on 11/16/16, the customer attempted to contact the Village Cleaners office at 4:48 pm, 4:49 pm, and 4:52 pm where nobody answered as the employee had left for the day.  On 11/17/16 the next business day, Village Cleaners office staff spoke with the customer at 9:36 am, 9:37 am, 10:13 am, 10: 26 am where it was instructed that there will be a follow up call as soon as the employee who handles this type of situation becomes available.  At 12:01 pm, less than 24 hours from the original attempt to hang the draperies, Village Cleaners contacted the customer with three generous solutions.  As of today, 11/28/16, the customer has been satisfied and the draperies are hanging at the residence.  Thank you, Village Cleaners.
