I am rejecting this response because: They are continuously coming up with different reasons to prolong this process. with the reason they gave you, this make 3 different reason for not refunding me. They also have other parties on different forums, complaining regarding thier venues and not being refunded, claiming that this is a possible SCAM.I was supposed to receive the refund weeks ago and there is another portion of the thread I shared where their "Zen Desk" folks found it comical that I wanted to call and speak to a live person.

way of communication was through Facebook. The business failed to provide a phone number or customer service hotline that could address concerns or questions. Everything was via an email that could answer questions. I believe this business should resolve these issues or not support any events such as this lantern festival until they can provide customer services and a guaranteed event with proof that a venue is reserved.
