I recently went to Victory C***ers to have my Wedding Gown C***ed and Preserved I brought my wedding gown there off of a recommendation I received about their service My gown was only supposed to take a month to be c***ed and preserved I called to check that my gown was ready to be picked up, when I was told by Victory C***er Employees they were unable to locate my gown The employees informed me they had no idea where they gown could be They explained to me that this has "never, ever happened before" They told me they contacted all of their vendors and visited their other locations to search for the gown A week later Victory was still unable to locate the gown When I told Victory C***ers I was going to file a report with the Police Department, the Manager told me they located a gown at one of their vendor locations that matched the description of my gown They told me the gown would be able to be seen that coming Friday Friday rolled around, and I contacted the Manager at Victory to see what time I could come to see the gown The Manager told me she never said the gown would be available to be seen that day Therefore, I went to the local police station to file a report about my missing wedding gown The following week, we received a phone call from the Police stating they would be able to help locate the gown Picketers from another c***ing company (E [redacted] C***) were outside Victory giving them a bad name because Victory was not paying their outstanding bill they owed to them (over $2,000) Police were called to the location to have the picketers removed The police went to Victory and asked the Picketers why they were there The people from E [redacted] C [redacted] explained to the Police that Victory owed them over $2, The police made the connection based on the report I filed The police were then able to located the gown E [redacted] C [redacted] had been holding my gown as collateral until Victory C***ers paid them the money The employees at Victory were very unhelpful and dishonest when it came to trying to locate my gown I am very unhappy with their customer service and the way they chose to handle this situation

When I told Victory C[redacted]ers I was going to file a report with the Police Department, the Manager told me they located a gown at one of their vendor locations that matched the description of my gown. The Manager told me she never said the gown would be available to be seen that day. Therefore, I went to the local police station to file a report about my missing wedding gown. The following week, we received a phone call from the Police stating they would be able to help locate the gown. Picketers from another c[redacted]ing company (E[redacted]) were outside Victory giving them a bad name because Victory was not paying their outstanding bill they owed to them (over $2,000). Police were called to the location to have the picketers removed. The police went to Victory and asked the Picketers why they were there. The people from E[redacted] explained to the Police that Victory owed them over $2,000. The police made the connection based on the report I filed. The police were then able to located the gown. E[redacted] had been holding my gown as collateral until Victory C[redacted]ers paid them the money. The employees at Victory were very unhelpful and dishonest when it came to trying to locate my gown. I am very unhappy with their customer service and the way they chose to handle this situation.
