owner history, accidents history, and most importantly service records. Mrs. [redacted] inspected the vehicle, test drove it, and reviewed the service records. Via Roma auto sales representative did not state an oil change was done, our response was all the services were listed on the carfax report. Our representative also stated the vehicle did have regular service based on the carfax records but to also keep in mind the vehicle is 14 years old . The longevity statement was based off of Honda Consumer reports. Lastly LUTZ AUTO REPAIR is mis-leading this customer. Our dealership Called LINDSAY HONDA located on the east side of Columbus. After reaching a service representative, they had confirmed this vehicle has a TIMING CHAIN not "Timing chain belt" that does not need to be replaced. As our last courtesy the vehicle was re-inspected and our mechanic replaced a cam shaft sensor/cleaned the intake and the issues went away. Engine light turned off, and stalling went away. Customer left happy and vehicle was operational. Price was also adjusted from $4,845.13 to $4,100 total for the vehicle to compensate any defects the customer had found prior to purchasing.
