Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business DID NOT ADDRESS using expired medications on my pet, unsanitary conditions!additionally they failed to produce a signed written consent from me that I was counseled on surgery! They merely produced a doctors notes! The same doctor that I feel misled me from the beginning! WHERE is my signed consent for surgery? Signed paperwork saying I had known the complications that could occur? WHY did they use expired medications on my pet during pot op when she needed it most? THE FACILITY WAS SO OVERBOOKD THEY LEFT MY DOG IN AN UNSANITARY RECOVERY AEEA with minimal attention therefore she had limited chance of survival due to their incompetencyThey contonue to to illustrate I paid for services however I HAD NO CHOICE, I had to preauthorize my credit card and if I had not paid my credit card and disputed my excellent credit score would have been affected that's the ONLY reason I paid!i cannot believe this unethical behavior from this business and I feel that SOMEONE MUST SPEAK UP FOR AND PROTECT THE CONSUMERS FROM THIS UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR Sincerely, [redacted]
