I do not accept the response of IES due to the fact that it made a unilateral decision to ship the tire changer I orderedIES correctly states that I did not authorize payment for the Tire Changer Since I did not pay for the tire changer it is reasonable that I would refuse to accept it when it was deliveredThe tire changer is not in my possession and IES has taken money via my Credit CardI believe it's No Refund policy does not apply under these circumstances since I did not agree to purchase the machine which should have cancelled my orderThe fact that IES went forward and built the tire changer without prepayment is its error and I should not be punished for its errorI am entitled to a complete refund from the business in the same amount that it charged against me without my permission
This response is in regards to ID Number [redacted].This letter is to provide all relevant information on communication between Our Company and [redacted] of [redacted]l.Mr. [redacted] purchased a remanufactured Coats 5060-AX tire changer from Our Company.It was explained to Mr. [redacted] on the...
phone at the time of purchase that we Would email him a statement and a Credit card authorization form that he Would need to print off and sign. He would then need to send us back a signed Copy of the paperwork before we could ship out his order.Our tire changers are built to order on a prepaid basis, and We have a no return policy. Several calls were made to Mr. [redacted] with no answer or response to numerous voicemails that were left.We never received signed paperwork from the customer.We shipped out the order to the customer without the signed paperwork,however he refused the shipment when it arrived to his facility and the Order Was returned to Our location. Mr [redacted] has also opened a chargeback claiming the merchandise they received does not conform to the description they were given. The customer is falsely reporting that he received the merchandise and that the goods are not as described.The Customer refused the goods, so he does not have it due to his own decision to refuse the shipment, and the tire changer is exactly what the Customer Ordered.We have attached copies of our supporting documentation for this case.Please Contact us if you have any additional questions concerning this inquiry.Best Regards,[redacted]

My credit card company sent me a statement indicating the disputed charge has been removed and I have a zero balance
