In response to the complaint of [redacted] & 10# [redacted] , I am writing to respond to the complaintissued on 12/26/We would like to thank you for your compliment on our professionalism andhelpful work ethicsAs stated previously in our recent communications, we would never shoot for anyother impression.In May, you signed a lease with The Grove Huntsville, and were scheduled to move in 08/16/2016.During this time, we have no records that the staff attempted to communicate with you, as all of yourpaperwork was signed and notarized and nothing was needed further on our end.On August 16, 2016, we had over 300+ move Ins' scheduled and did not process our "no shows" untillater part of that monthWe apologize that we were not able to give you more notice of your situationbeing default to us however, the lease and Guarantor paperwork is signed and on fileWe attempt tocourtesy our students and parents by allowing them the $relet fee and not holding themaccountable for the entire contract in which they originally agreed too.If you would like a copy of the signed lease and Guarantor paperwork on file, please let us knowWehope this clears some resolution for you and that you will continue to see us as a professional businessIn the future
