At this time, I have been contacted directly by Velvet Caviar Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have been giving them ample opportunity for them to call me however they neglect to call me at the time providedI live on the west coast while they are on east coast timeI have relied a handful of times what I am looking for however they have not done one single thing to compensate me for my damages that I have incurred because of their productI am very disgusted that a company can not only get away with selling products witch toxic elements but have no sympathy or care in their customer serviceI could not afford to purchase a new phone but I was given no choice because their product had leaked into my phoneAnd not only have I incurred monetary damages but I have had numerous headaches after the incident (from ingesting the product for over a day) In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have tried reaching out several times to Michelle but there has been no responseWe already issued a full refund for an order that was placed in AugustWe tried recommending a new case free of charge but the customer refused and insists on us paying for her new phone which will not happenCustomer claims her phone was damaged while using this case, we are not responsible for purchasing a new phone or compensating the cost of a brand new phoneCustomer is demanding $400, which is a bit absurdWe tried resolving this matter over the phone but we have had no luck
