Vault has handled moves for us since I would like to write a positive review because they have some good people working for them who are conscientious, but unfortunately I cannotThey have a pesky habit of losing items which, when questioned, fall back to their inventory list which they have you sign at move out/move inNo homeowner in the middle of a move can reasonably be expected to audit such a list and be 100% accurate in its assessment, frankly, that's the mover's job! After the most recent move, they refused to account for our missing items, falling back on the inventory listWhy was the list incomplete? We will never knowThey also caused some minor damage to furniture which was forgotten until remindedIf using them, be very careful and take the time to audit their listOr find a more reliable mover who will return 100% of your property to you!
