We do apologize that you thought a battery was included. It was not on the bottom of our website there is a disclaimer that says we are not responsible for typos. We do understand your frustration. The additional money you paid for was for was to have a tank to go with the unit. The unit does function it just requires a battery. We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors
We put signature and additional insurance on packages $200 or more. Also there was insurance on the package but once the unit says delivered USPS will deny the claim.

I am rejecting this response because:My receipt says smok g-priv 220 mod/kit + tfv8 big baby. When I paid for the order said the same thing extra was on batteries.

None of these types of kits are sold with batteries.

well crisis averted.the package was finally delivered yesterday to my mom's house which isthe address that I used for shipping.I will expect a refund...
for the priority shipping charges since theitem was ordered on 11/05/16 and delivered on 11/14/16 which is morethan 2 day priority shipping.
You also filed a chargeback against us stating that you did not receive the product which is untrue because you stated on the 15th that you did receive
the product.
The priority shipping times are not even guaranteed by USPS. See this directly from the postal service website https://www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/
2 day shipping is not Guaranteed. You paid for Priority shipping and that is how it was sent. The only type of shipping Guaranteed is Priority Express and we do not offer it.

received my shipment after 15 days of payment I am in canada and the item was shipped to germany then malta (i am in canada)it coud be another month before the item comes back to company the company wants
to charge shipping and restocking fee for item I did not receive and refuses to issue my refund immediately. their exact responce "We'll send you an email when we receive your items back and we will see what we can do for you then."
