This complaint is not closed. I have been waiting for my mailman to come today to see if the replacement check from VapBlaze arrived. IT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED YET. Their response to our complaint was that VapBlaze would mail out a replacement check made payable to [redacted] - my correct name - on May 4th. I waited 10 days for USPS delivery. That is a reasonable timeframe for delivery. My response to this email as 'unsatisfied with response' was going out when I found this email from Revdex.com. The complaint should not be listed for closing as a satisfied customer.
