In response to your email on July **, 2016. We were informed by [redacted] that he will be on vacation and would not have access to make the repairs. He then assured us that when he comes back he will give us a call to come and finish the repairs. I spoke to him on this very day and we are in the process of making another arrangement to go and have his repairs completed.

It is with great concern and regret that we were reported to your agency by one of our valued customer. I state my apologies and assured you that we have resolved this issue at hand in a timely manner. [redacted] have called my office twice about a leakage in a job that we have installed on...

his premises, both times we made arrangements to repair; however due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to fulfill our commitment. At [redacted]. we take pride in ensuring our customer's satisfaction unfortunately we did not meet this customer expectation. We are deeply sorry for this mishap. We accept full responsibility for this occurrence and assured you that we have resolved this matter at hand.

Thank you for your assistance. The business owner has in fact visited my home and has made an attempt to make repairs, however, there are still leaks in the owning. I will make an effort to re-engage them to complete the repairs.
