Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There was no supposed "balance" mentioned in the cancellation phone call, all payments were posted on time up until the cancellation date, and when requested cancellation of the policy, we were told to "just stop paying and it would cancel automatically"It was made very clear that no further coverage was needed or wanted at that time, yet Vanak decided we were still to be covered and carry a balance.As for the finance company supposedly being a "third party" that we have to deal "directly" with and Vanak "don't have anything to do with them or with our supposed debt and there's nothing they can do", that is not trueVanak decides when to end our coverage and based on that how much of the loan will be paid back to the finance company, and when Vanak chose to extend our coverage beyond the cancellation, they deducted that period from the remaining money owed to the finance company and basically short-changed them, dumping the "balance" on usVanak are responsible not only for how much of the remaining loan they pay back, but also for when they pay it back, but since they're not the ones responsible for the late fees, they probably don't care, which resulted in their late repayment of the loan topping our already frivolous "debt" with outrageous late fees.While Vanak and the finance company keep pointing fingers at each other and attempting to excuse themselves from responsibility, my credit is being destroyed by this "balance" and it needs to be resolved and removed from my records now Regards, [redacted]

The Customer wife called me to cancel the policy at the time when I check with finance company the policy was canceled and was schedule to full cancelation in 3 days and I told there is nothing we can do at this time because the policy already cancel and in 3 day once the cancel the policy they will...

send you a bill if there is any due aging once we finance a policy the client will have to work with them directly because there is noting we can due on this matter because we have on power on that what so ever and I tried to explain her many times and she was still not happy with me but again there is noting I can do with finance company because they are third party.Thanks
