Thank you for your emailWe never like hearing that our customers have a complaint about us or our services but are committed to an efficient resolution process once a complaint is made.
I understand that the nature of the complaint was that the
customer did not receive the requested appraisal and asked for the $appraisal fee returned.
It seems that the customer's appraisal was saved as a draft rather than submitted to our expertsI am unsure as to whether the customer called our phone number prior to ask for the refund, but we always recommend our customers to call us if they have not received an appraisal within the guaranteed time of hours as posted on our website.
Per our records, the customer was refunded on September *** as per the below:

It seems that the customer's appraisal was saved as a draft rather than submitted to our experts. I am unsure as to whether the customer called our phone number prior to ask for the refund, but we always recommend our customers to call us if they have not received an appraisal within the guaranteed time of 48 hours as posted on our website.
