Valley of the Sun Roofing, LLC has made several efforts to address the problem at the *** home I, *** ** ***, have talked to Mrs*** (Mother) five (5) times in the last three (3) months and to Ms*** (daughter) three (3) times We had a five year labor only warranty We have made constant efforts to fix any problems as Mrand Mrs*** have been valued customers of Valley of the Sun Roofing, LLC We were in the process of installing polyurethane foam on the patio which we feel will eliminate the seeping when Ms*** (daughter) said not to but Mrs*** (mother) said yes.Mr*** (son) has not called me directly I suggest we install the foam and the problem will be solved There will be no charge for the foam
To whom it may concern,Our contract was with *** ***, now deceased The job was bid, negotiated, contracted and completed His children seem to have a disagreement among themselves When any one of the *** adult children have called, the others say we never talked to
anyone We have responded to every request Mrs*** has made to us even above and beyond the warranty We give a labor only warranty And for five years, Mr***'s allegation that I have given no sense of urgency is incorrect in that I have responded every time his mother has called I tried to go back two weeks ago but Mrs***'s daughter told me not to We have always fulfilled our commitment to Mrs***

We have experienced since original construction, leaks that my father (now deceased)has attempted to have Valley of the Sun Roofing correct. There has been numerous attempts to reach [redacted] about this repair of metal awning, and two weeks ago WE received a call from his staff to cancel service. To date I have not heard back from him as to his concerns to this repair. His lack of urgency to correct leaks has caused additional water damage to the home and with his guarantee he is liable for additional damage caused by his inferior workmanship. There is NO miscommunication on the family to assist our mother receiving the service she is entitled to from Valley of the Sun Roofing.

Review: Valley of the Sun Roofing LLC is an approved contractor for [redacted] Insurance. I have a homeowner claim for roof repair and metal awning replacement that originated in 2008. The metal awning has leaked throughout it's entire coverage and owner has only provided 'quick band aid fixes' to no avail. Water has began to damage home's eve at junction. [redacted] (owner) has placed no urgency to correct.Desired Settlement: awning replacement and fix water damage to home
