Our maintenance issues are not handled in a timely manner with the rental property we are residing in. We have submitted a request back in June 2015 and we are still waiting for service to be complete. Now our water heater is out and called to speak with a person. We were told to submit a request online. We came back saying that we do not feel comfortable doing that because our last request from June was still not handled. The man reluctantly took the request with much attitude. We have had several other issues with the maintenance time when other requests in the past with this real estate company.
