I have contracted Valley Home Construction with a remodel of my deckThey have received money and have not performed job as directed or per codeThey built deck without permits or plans and then tried to fix the work after the factThe County of El Dorado and the California State Contractors Board have been in contactThis job has taken over months so far and they have not submitted a plan for correction as of yetThe job needs to be completed which they are not complying with at this time** *** is the owner and he does not communicate with me and has 3rd party communication nowHe has been paid $48,for this deck which is shoddy and will not pass code for permits to be signed off
