Due to some people's / factors' contribution into lack of taxable income (under current law) and/or health plan (under ACA and California requirement), I had to switch my health plan to VHP and then to a different plan.
The start date of both overlapped and VHP was never activated during the time I was billed for it.
This was over-billed as it's been almost 2 months since I requested refund.
(This is nothing compared to other inconvenience I've put up with, so please swiftly issue a refund).
Refund Refund of $249.46 back to the credit card
VHP is sending a refund check as the the life-qualifying event on 2-12-2020 for a plan starting 3-2020 was never activated. Thanks. (Just had to make sure unfortunate events don't take advantage of taking cover under COVID-19).
