usual $5,000.00 retainer fee for only one version.     He was made aware that we were merely creating a prototype and yet he continued to insist on perfecting the item without further investment.  We explained would be required before we ever got started. and he agree and said that he just wanted something to show investors.  Mr. [redacted] wanted to have a product that was ready for market without investing what it takes to do so, even when we explained in advance that it was not the way to go about doing so.   His expectations have always been unrealistic and I personally would have preferred we never offered a cheaper route to help him get his product going.  We spent hundreds of man hours, answered hundreds of email, created the product and the man was never happy.     His review of how he was treated is nothing more than a ball-faced lie and it is slanderous. I told him that I would show pictures of his product to you, along with his signed approval to make them if he did not remove the review, as he claims we did not make them or made them faulty.    We made the product to his specifications and then when his specifications were not what he expected it "should be," he cried foul.  His investment was limited in what he had us create.  He tried to harass us on a daily basis and when it just became obvious there would be no way to please him, I suggested he find another company to manufacture it for him and cease and desist in his harassing behavior.   We went far beyond what should ever be expected and we will not refund any of what he invested in us to do.  We delivered well beyond what was agreed upon or paid for.   Purchase Histoy   His first purchase with us was on 12/10/14 and by 5/4/15 we delivered 1000 pieces. shipped via fedex tracking # [redacted]    We then, at our cost, shipped a version we thought would be better for him. [redacted]    On 11/18/15 he engaged us again, but canceled.   On 1/15/16 he started another order, then canceled. On 1/22/16 he paid a highly discounted rate of $750.00 for a prototype mold, which he was still not satisfied although made to his own specifications.     We told him that he would have to know his specs if we were to proceed further.  We warned him that we thought his specs were not going to perform the way he wanted and yet he insisted we move forward.  After doing that, it became a ridiculous (as is this) never ending barrage of calls, threats, email and his false Revdex.com report.   It became obvious he could not comprehend how much the process cost, nor could he comprehend that he was not allowed to make continual changes at no additional costs.     We do not work free of charge and he received more than he paid for.  Nothing else will be done for him in this matter.  You are welcome to make this response public if you so choose.    Best regards, [redacted] Marketing Director / President MCV Sales Co LLC
