To whom it may concern,On the 11th day Oct, [redacted] rented *et skis # [redacted] and # [redacted] and hit each other while riding and as per police they hit each other while they were splashing each other,because they were the one told us about the accident Miss [redacted] got injured in the accident and was taken to the hospitalWe brought the *et skis back and made the video,that is our protocol and until next morning when we did not hear anything from her, we started repairing the *et skis,later in the day her brother showed up and asked about the incident ,we showed him the skis that were being worked on and got all upset,started yelling and calling names and claiming that its not possible,this wrongWe told him that we have video and police is aware of everything as they are the one reported to us but he didn't listenWe have singed agreement that they can not splash ,they can not cut across other water craft always maintain safe distance and in case of accident they are liable for all the damages injuries to them or the other partyDuring inspection we noticed that they must have entered in to shallow water as they had impeller damage due to picking up a rock Her claim that it was due bad *et ski they had the accident,you can see in the video that it was her negligence that cause all that what she is blaming on us or our watercraftAttach you find a video of the *et skis when we brought back from the river and damage charge sheet that considering her injuries and all that she went through we gave her almost 50% discount even though she had signed read the damage sheetas for charging her credit ,she was explained at the time signing the rental contract that we will have a open tab on her account in case if she damage the ski so that we can charge the damage

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The marks were not visible because they WERE covered with a white substance. The video shows everything clear, then in the area in question, you can see it's rough and not as in focus as the rest of the video. They cover up the marks when you first go out and when the water washes it off they charge you. We did not damage the ski and took extreme care of it. I could see if we were the only family this happened to.... But there are over 60 complaints on [redacted] regarding this same practice. When we left they were renting our skis to the next family to be scammed. I'm sure there are many many more that people just accept their fees, but when I know I didn't do it- I have a problem with that!!! Regards, [redacted]

This response does not help me to resolve the issues at hand:1- The first issue is that I requested another set of Jet Skis the night before with***When I arrived they did not have the correct Jet Skis2- The second issue was the processI explained clearly to the person who checked meout that I was not sure at all what he was showing me as far as the flash lightand what I was looking for on the PropHe turned the Jet Ski on and showed meit started and that a prop in the back SpunI agreedI explained times I didn’tunderstand what I am looking forHe said do you see it spinning and I saidyes3- There was no Orientation or video or class or anything as stated above4- They did not have the proper trailer or plug that matched a standard prong and 7prong light plug that is standard on every truck with a trailer hitchSo thelights on the trailer did not function5- *** above stated “he had acknowledged that the impeller blades were brand new” *** was never there for theinspection and two issuesA) There would be no way that I would know the impeller blades where brand new since it was not a new Jet SkiSo that statement is a lieB) The gentleman checking me out said they had been on the water before as there were a few scratches that I noted on the inspection sheetAgain a lie to say I knew they were brand newAt the point where *** said the Prop/Impeller were so damaged that they needed to be replaced I looked up the Prop/Impeller for that year make and modelI found them online for $on three websites including *** *** *** ***I said to him I am not sure why you would charge me $for something when you can buy them online for $and he said “that is our markup”This is the point where I looked up *** *** and saw over others complain between *** Reviews on other sitesWhen I mentioned this he raised his voice, yelled and said he cant keep every customer happyI said all of these reviews are exactly what you are doing to me right now this is clearly a scamHe got so upset and raised his voiceWhen I left the shop the Prop/Impeller Spun and when I returned it SpunThat is all that I acknowledgedThat it still worked and was not damagedWe were able to use the Jet Skis all day without any issues He insisted that it was damaged specifically by me suddenly he went to another story that the blades were repairable and not completely goneI did not agree with either because the props clearly spunThis company Fast Trip Jet Ski Rentals is in the business of rentalsWhen something goes out every time it will have wear and tear that is the nature of a rental businessWe took extra good care of his equipment and followed all the suggestions as stated on our sheetIt would then be absurd to assume that the Jet Skis would come back in better condition then they went out or add to the life of the engine hours.I am most upset that he told me that the damage was so bad that the Jet Skis would be out of commission for at least 1-weeks due to the fact that the Prop/Impeller had to be shipped to Las Vegas, repaired, and then shipped backHis statement above said “because the watercraft would not be able to function with such damages” The next day I went on *** and found a picture of the same exact Jet Ski and Model Number *** on the water with a mom and sonI even messaged and confirmed that the person who wrote the reviewrented the *** *** on Thursday June 25th, This was days after the “Damage” occurred that was supposed to put them out of the shop for 1-weeksAnother lie.*** also stated above that “That will take hours off of the engine and cause the ski to slow down and maybe even blow up the engine” That is the nature of a rental companyThey are not personal items that are used by youYou take a risk when you rent something out but to ask someone to pay for Damage that was not done is fraud and a scam This is clearly a Scam that *** *** has perfectedEven the lady before me was charged for “outside damages” on the Jet Ski and she just agreedSince I refused to back down he was clearly upsetAt the end he offered to give me a “deal”on the repairsThe whole thing was such a Scam and the lies where so many that he even had to catch himself a few timesFirst they are damaged and need to be replaced, then they can be repaired in Las VegasIt was so all over the place it was something I had no choice but to walk away from and that is exactly what I didHe was just upset because I didn’t give in and roll over like so many others have in the pastAt this point for with all the stress, time, and unrest with how I was treated, lied to, and scammed like many others before me I would like to request the amount I have been charged which was $This is the only resolution to my request. Good afternoon Miss.***,first of all we are very sorry for what happened to miss.Lambrecht, we at Fastrip jet ski wish her speedy recovery.As far as splashing is concern that is what we were told and as per there statement that how every thing happened is under no circumstances its our fault,they were the one riding the jet ski, they went in to shallow water picked up the rock and damage the impeller and picked up the grass which stopped the jet ski.As per our rental contract which they singed were informed about the shallow water and they shown the video provided police department, what to do under the circumstances.Further more they were informed and they singed the WAIVER on the page # of the contract that they are responsible in case of accident for all the damage and injuries and under no circumstances Fastrip Jet ski rental is responsible.As far as insurance is concern there is no insurance company which covers renters damage or injuries caused by the renter and miss Lambrecht was informed and she acknowledged by initialing page # of the contract.I have converted the video we made at the time we brought the jet skis back from the river, they were informed about the damage by the person who went to pick up on their request and they acknowledged that they had accident and they will come to store to settle, I will try to load the load the video if your program allows me to because during first response I was unable to do so and if they don't trust our damage report they can get the report from police because the officer who made the report he took pictures of the jet skis and compare with our report and as far as charges are concern ,they were informed at the time rental what it will cost incase of mishap and they acknowledge by signing page #of the contract and considering what happened ,we gave her big did count and charge her the minimum as possible. To start off there was NO splashing of water, what's so everI was fallowing them in my BoatMy wave runner picked up grass in the water inlet at the bottom of the wave runnerIt stop and turned side ways, as jets do, when this happensthe other rider turn to miss me, and clipped the frontmy Brother looked at the wave runners, and there was very little damageMy brother called the owner, and told him he could meet with him, as he was on is way to the business the owner said he would be thereWhen I went inside, the manager said the owner would only talk to me on the phone .The manger showed me film of a wave runner, with one little mark on it, but know Numbers on the wave runnerThe other had the front rubber off, by one screwI went out back with the Manager, some one had fixed two sides, not onethe other wave runner had the whole rubber off, and was sanding itI ask the manager for the paper work, AND There INSURANCE company name, and number, and he REFUSEDMy sister was in the Hospital for two weeks, and is in a wheel chairEvery COMPANY that has Rentals should have Insurance .She has to have the Company pay her BILLS If you check your records this man has did this to a lot of PeopleShe left him a $deposit, but he wants $There was maybe $worth of damage

I am writing in reference to the complaint ID# ***Customer *** *** rented the jet ski from Fastrip Watercraft RentalsAs a required procedure, we inspect the jetskis and make a video of the jetski with the customer while present and then drop them in the waterWhen Customer Pimentel
returned the jetski, there was a huge damage to the jetskiThe damage was in impeller (see contract on page 5)The customers first denied doing so and when we showed the video that we made before dropping them in the water, they got hostile and left without resolving the issue and returning backAttached to this email, please find their contract as state. I understand what I signed. What I want is the towing expense back because I did not ask for a tow. There was nothing I did that required the boat to be towed. I was initially told that I could call and someone would bring gas if I needed it. When I called that's what I asked for. I was not completely out of gas when I made the first call. I assumed that someone was coming with gas because that was the reason for my call. When he showed up without gas I had no choice but to have him tow the boat back. I was told someone was coming with gas

Miss Hill, in response to Mr.*** reply with all due respect I am going to attach the proof that Mr.*** not only saw the video ,he was informed about MILES NO WAKE ZONE,as you can see his initials on page #and #5.As far as bad ski concern , I am not going to get into accusations as its not going to help,as you know we replaced the 1st ski without question and would have replace it again or give the money back if had no replacement.As far as our staff is concern,trust me most of them are working for us for long time and they they are well trained.As a good will gesture even though we have proved that we did every thing by the book ,we offer him half off next time he visit us.Sincerely,Ishtiaq M***

It is a company policy to record every inch of the ski before released into the water and after they are returnedThe skis are not repaired with shoe polish or any water soluble paint but rather sent to a mechanic who uses fiberglass, which is a rigorous process that requires time and laborAs the recording had shown, the damage was not there beforeCustomers are always welcome to record and take their own photos as well

Well, first of all, the first jet ski that was given to me was not working the gentlemen drop it off and left without making sure if it was running or notIt is not my fault that you do not have efficient employees thereIt was not until the police officer told me that the jet ski was going to burn out due to it being have in the water because of the hose that had in the sideThen, the second jet ski that was drop off to me was not working correctly eitherwhen I drop off the jet ski I was very upset and I told the gentlemen that was working in the store that I had had a terrible day, after me telling him that, he still made me paid for gasolinewhich was never mention before that I had to pay for extra gasWe had a discussion and I left the place very mad so there is no possible way that I could off told him that I had a "good time"I think you are mistaken me with another personAlso, I told the gentlemen of the store about the ticket and why he did not mention anything about the video and he very nervous told me I showed you the videoThen, I told him no, you did not show me any video, what are you talking about? and other person in the store asked him if he showed me the video and he said yes, but I did not even know what video they were talking aboutIf u go back to surveillance you can see that there was no video shown to meThat is very important if u have nothing to hide, I would truly appreciate if I can receive a copy of that tape I am 100% sure that they never said nothing regarding a video

Dear sir/Madam, in regards to Mr.*** complain,he is absolutely right that he had a problem with the jet ski which is question able because when we drop customer at the launch we start the jet ski or ask the customer to start and watch the person to take off even then we replace the jet ski upon Mr.*** call with out any question and as far as time is concern of course it take little time to arrange and deliver the replacement.As for Mr.*** complain that second jet ski doesn't work right either ,as per his contract he was out there for whole day and as per the attendant who closed his contract remembered him saying that he had good time, the only thing that he had a ticket over speeding in the NO WAKE ZONE but that was his fault.Our policy is that we explain every thing about rental and river laws as much as possible and you can see on the page #of the rental contract item #clearly explain and at the end of item #of the same page Mr.*** is acknowledging by initialing and then he acknowledged again on page #of the contract that yes he watched the basic orientation for jet ski.(video is provided by the Bullhead Police and is always playing)He mentioned about the police officer saying what he said about us, we will definitely take the matter to the police chief.Please feel free to contact if you have further question.Sincerely,Ishtiaq M***

To whom it may concern, At the timing signing of the paper work every thing including the policies ,how to operate the boat ,rules of the river and the boundaries how far they
can go was thoroughly explained. As far as the boat is concerned ,it was super charged boat the gentle man was unable to handle it so in his request we replaced it with regular boat without question asked.He was clearly explained about the boundaries, how far he can go and despite the instructions this gentleman ran out gas not only out of our boundary limit ,it was out city limit near Needles .We had to hire some one else to help him as we can not go beyond our boundary limits and that what we charged him,in fact realizing the situation we did not charge him late fees and gave him the break.SincerelyNnajib N***
