balloon certificate vouchers (*** ***) and she felt that she could not obtain a refund.We are aware that there were misprints made by the company and have contacted *** to let her know that she should be able to receive a refund from *** *** since it was their misprint and not made by our companyHer voucher was misprinted to say that she bought a semi-private flight, which is a voucher of greater value, however, she paid the price of a group flight certificateWe have contacted *** by phone and left a message stating that she is welcome to fly for the group rate (which is the amount she purchased the flight for) or she is welcome to contact *** *** for a refund.Thank you,Jessie W.Valley Ballooning Rep
