Review: Family was to take a vacation on May the 23rd-27th and nothing happened flight got canceled could not take another flight unless we paid another300.00. Due to us not going it took 3 hours to get vacation travel on the phone to tell us this. Have been calling him for the past 2 weeks after he said we would have a refund in 7-10 day. Agent will not response to email's nor phone calls.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of my money and my husband due to this matter.
