Review: In July of 2013 I purchased a new Miele S7 vacuum. In March of 2014 a part broke on the vacuum. I took the vacuum to the Vac Shop in Washington, PA where the gentleman working told me that it was under warranty and that they would order in the replacement part. I returned to the store in May to inquire about the replacement part since I never heard anything back, only to be told that they had no record of the order. I still have a copy of the work order and luckily I took it with me. They looked at it and apologized informing me that the person who took the order is no longer employed by them. The person working then took my order again and informed me that it would be placed and that they would call me as soon as it came in. The beginning of July I went to the store again since I had not heard anything. At this point I was frustrated since it has been 4 months since I originally needed the part. I was then told by the employee that the part had not been ordered because the owner has to order parts for that manufacturer and that he is slow to getting around to it. Today, I left the store with the owners name because it STILL has not been ordered. I informed the employees that I am very lucky the part is not important because I would not be able to go nearly 5 months without a vacuum. They agreed with me and told me that this happens all the time because the owner "forgets" about the problems and hopes that they just go away. Well I have had it and want my part ASAP. I could really care less how busy this man is, it takes 5 minutes to call a company and order a replacement part for someone.Desired Settlement: I would like the part ordered and delivered to my home address so that I can stop wasting my time calling and driving to the store hoping to be able to pick it up. Since the part is under warranty, I also want compensated for my time and aggravation. This can be a monetary amount, or in the form of vacuum bags and filters that I need to purchase anyways.

Review: This business has my carpet shampooer and repetedly states it will be fixed but does not fix the shampooer. After repeated calls to this business hoover was contacted and has no input because the carpet shampooer is out of warrenty. Desired Settlement: I want the carpet shampooer repaired as stated and I want the bill discounted for the amount of time this repair has taken without further problems presented by this business. If the repair shop that has the carpet shampooer is not willing to fulfill its agreement I want the repair shop to pay for the repair at another business to have the repairs done in a timely manner.
