Please find the following response in

*** *** purchased the *** ***
*** *** *** on March

When *** *** returned to the store

At VA Cars we try to go out of our way to take care of our clients and we
agreed to paint the two affected areas
At that time we got a quote from our body
shop to completely repaint the trunk lid and the rear bumperVA Cars let ***
*** know that we would need the car left for a couple of days so the paint
could be applied and cured properly at the body shop and *** *** declined
this optionVA Cars offered the client reimbursement of the gas and travel
that he would have to make to ensure the paint was done to his satisfaction by
our body shopWhen *** *** stated that he would rather have the paint
repair done at a shop local to him we agreed to reimburse him up to ***
*** *** *** *** ***)We came to this dollar amount because this is
what our body shop quoted the repair bill atWe also explained to *** ***
that if he were unable to have the paint repaired locally at a competitive price
that he would need to bring the car back to VA Cars to have our shop repair it
Upon receipt of the quote *** *** faxed

*** *** ***, *** *** at VA Cars, called and spoke with ***
***During that conversation *** *** agreed to return the vehicle so

this and had to check his schedule for a time that was convenient to himThe
dealership was awaiting his return call to set an appointment with the body shop

To Whom it May Concern: On 2/18/18 [redacted] came into our [redacted] location accompanied by her mother, Mrs. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] asked for an appraisal on her can and an estimated payment on a [redacted] that she had picked out on the lot. Ms. [redacted] signed a credit...

Mrs. [redacted] agreed to co-sign and both ladies were submitted to [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] were presented numbers based off of the preliminary score at [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] then requested we submit her to [redacted], where she had been pre approved. We did as requested but the results were that she would need over $[redacted] down. She was upset and stormed out of the dealership.  Since that time, Ms. [redacted] has sent emails and attacked VA Cars, Inc online, which is unwarranted. Thank you, Jonah D[redacted]General ManagerVA Cars, Inc[redacted]

Regarding [redacted] purchase at Va Cars Inc, she had negative equity in [redacted] that she traded in on the [redacted].  We over allowed on the trade.  She says she took the [redacted] to a different repair facility for a service concern and says the mechanical...

repair agreement that she bought would not cover the repair.  She says she paid for the repair using "junk yard parts". According to the [redacted] vehicle history report, the [redacted] that she purchased has been in 3 accidents since she purchased it.  Additionally, the [redacted] was repossessed by the credit union that she financed it with for non-payment of her loan.  The credit union demanded that we cancel the mechanical repair agreement and the gap insurance that was financed in her loan and remit the refunded products to them.  She later redeemed the [redacted] from the credit union.  This dramatically effected her credit scoring.  Va Cars offered to sell her the parts and discount the labor for her repair concern, which she denied.

The scratches were addresses the very first time I test drove the car. I placed a down payment on the vehicle because they told me they had just gotten the car on the lot and they would take it to their "guy" and have it fixed by the time I came back. When I came back to purchase the car it had not been fixed and they gave me a guarantee in writing that they would pay to hVe it repaired at my location of choice. Now they will not respond to my complaints they refuse to fix the damage. I was told repeatedly that they would take care of the problems which include a damaged bumper and the words [redacted] carved across the trunk lid. I am a Christian and I would have never taken the car if it wasn't going to be fixed immediately.

Good afternoon Ms. [redacted] first I would like to apologize that you felt mislead during our promotional sales event hosted by [redacted]. In regards to your appointment we had an overwhelming response to our advertising double what was expected and due to this appointment times ran over. As for the...

prize portion of the advertisement the directions are as follows: to play, scratch off to see if your numbers match the winning numbers to the right! If they match, you're a winner. You are Guaranteed one of our four great prizes. Bring this mailer to the sale during event hours and enter your Official PIN on the digital Prize Board to see what you win! No purchase necessary! No where on this flyer does it guarantee that you have won a $[redacted] card. It indicates very clearly that you have one one of four prizes up to the grand prize of $[redacted]. All prizes are insured and a copy of the insurance policy was posted inside of our event tent. In closing I understand how you could feel upset but please understand that there is nothing done that is not indicated in the directions on the flyer. All prize odds are laid out in the disclaimer in the bottom center of the advertisement as well. If you have any further questions and would like to sit down and discuss this situation and view the advertisement one more time I would be more than happy to sit down or answer your phone call. Thank you, Nick B[redacted]

Review: I was purchasing an [redacted] to be finance on 3/4/2016 through credit acceptance. My sale person Mark [redacted] was out of the office due to personal illness some everyone in the dealership was try to help him out to process my loan. which Keon that was working in finance we contacting for the first week to make sure the lender had a the proper paperwork to fund my loan but then my sale got transfer to two different reps that suppose to finish the deal. Ashleigh contact back once it came to the 30th day mark which I suppose to receive my tags and make my first payment stating the lender still need prove of resident, then I got another call from Joshua stated they misplace my deposit . Once I got in touch with them and sent of the documents stating I paid the full deposit and sent back over document for prove of resident Ashleigh stated that should work. But by the 35th day I went up to the dealership and just ask for my money back they refuse to refund me the deposit stating I was in an contract and I cant receive my money back but they offer me [redacted] in which I decline. so they let me leave with the original and told me to come back to ask with Jonah. Well when I came back Jonah just kept trying to push the dodge on me and stated that since I refuse that vehicle they cant refund my back all my deposit. So they charge me for the mileage on the [redacted] which I recieve a check for only 891. I dont feel that it right that I cant receive my full refund when they waited til the last minute to get all my paperwork together. If the lender wouldn't fund the loan then I shouldnt be responsible for putting mileage on a vehicle I thought I was going to keep.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] on 10/24/2015 from Va Cars Inc the vehicle had some mechanical issues upon purchase and these were notated. before the purchase we were told we were "approved" and signed the contract a few weeks later the dealership called and told us we needed to sign more paperwork. upon arriving back to the dealer to sign said paperwork it was a whole new contract with a different lender and the terms had changed and our new monthly payment had a slight increase and the due date for our first payment had changed. on 12/15/2015 my wife had called to schedule an appointment for repairs to the vehicle and was told that the finance manager needed to speak to both of us and we had to return the vehicle. we were told we did not get apporved with the new finance company and had to return the vehicle, we asked if we were able to get our $1000.00 down payment back, they said they did not think so, if they did return our down payment they were going to deduct $0.25 per mile driven from date of original purchase. there was nothing stated in the "contract" about the sellers right to cancel or anything else however there was a spot delivery form invloved and based on the dates that everything had taken place and what was stated in the original paperwork they were past the due date to have rescinded the contract or the legal right to change the terms and upon further investigation on my part I have found that what they did may be classified as a "yo-yo" type scam. I have sent in a formal complaint to the attorney general in Richmond, Va with the consumer protection branch. at this time no payments have been made for the vehicle as they had not yet become due other than the down payment as stated before. while I had also attempted to speak with the general manager or the owner who were not alvailable I spoke to the finance manager who was rude and hung up on me several time without true explaination of the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the finance manager fired for his unprofessionalism and incompetence. I would also like to have Va Cars Inc investigated for they type of business sales practices they are conducting as I am sure I am not the first or only person who has had this or a similar issue. I would like for my car to either be fixed and the finance issue resolved or my full down payment returned to me and until such time as these arrangements can be made I will not be returning the vehilce as I have done nothing wrong nor do I deserve this type of incompetent behavior or lack of customer service and sales practices performed on me. I am a disabled veteran of the United States Armed Forces and should be treated as such, any help you can provide with this matter would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time in this matter!!!!!

They will work with you every step of the way for you to purchase your car. I worked with Tyler at VA Cars and he helped me with the purchase of my very first car. I love my [redacted]

I was a first time buyer and I was worried that VA Cars would be the stereotypical used car dealership. They were not at all. Everyone was very helpful and Tyler treated me like I was family. I love my new Altima and they were able to work with my budget to get me a payment I could afford. I will definitely be returning to VA Cars and I highly recommend them!

Spoke to the salesman who showed me a few vehicles. Didn't have anything in my price range that I was interested in, but I let them check my credit score. Wanted to know what the down payment & monthly payments would be, If I changed my mind. Told him I would shop around. The salesman didn't even open the vehicles or let me look under the hood. I never test drove any of these vehicles. A week and a half later, I get a letter from 3 different banks telling me my loan application was denied. I never agreed to purchase a car and did not fill out a loan application. One bank told me the application was for a Toyota, which I never even looked at.This has caused my credit score to drop considerably. I shopped around at other used car lots, they checked my credit history & score and I had no problems. Other car lots were surprised that VA Cars, Inc. did business this way. Who submits an electronic loan application after the customer says he's not interested in buying anything? I've also been receiving robo-calls about car warranties since visiting VA Cars, Inc. These people are a bunch of crooks and I will tell everyone I know to never do business with them.

Review: The dealer sold me a [redacted] 2005 with the engine light on, I complained about it with the seller person and with one of the managers but they told me that the engine light is on because the alternator switch and that I don't need to worry about it, I believed the manager and I bought the car like that, one month later the car start to lose power in the highway so I take it to the mechanic for tune up service, the mechanic told me that the oil was black but the sticker from the dealer said that the oil need to be replace it after 3000 miles so I start to suspect about the real condition of the car, later the oil cap exploded and now the last thing that happened is the car broke down and left me in the highway when I was returning from work, I called to [redacted] for towing service so when the car arrived the mechanics from [redacted] inspected the car and the answer was not compression in the engine and the problem can be the timing belt but they don't fix this kind of problems so I called to [redacted] and he tow the car to his mechanic shop, he inspected and the answer was the timing belt its broke and needed to be replace but he mentioned that if the motor don't run well after the time belt be change is because the valves are bend so the total cost will be around 2000 dollars so its when I think that the dealer sold me a broken car, I have a loan with the car for pay this car that will be almost 7000, I contact the dealer and one of the managers told me to tow the car to the dealer so they mechanic can inspect the car and they can assist us with the problem, so I did it and yesterday I received a email from one of the managers telling me that the engine from the car need to be replaced and was not damage in the timing belt uhm, so how two mechanic shop can be wrong? no way, what the dealer want its to clean the problem making me pay for getting it fixed but I called to the [redacted] dealer and the cost of the engine its around 7000 dollars plus labor ahhh its crazy. The dealer lied to meDesired Settlement: what I want to do its legally break the contract loan with the bank and return the car to the dealer, I am not asking for money I just don't want keep paying for the loan and spending money and fixing it when I bought the car only for going to work.
