Review: They knowingly sold me a car they knew had mechanical problems and a recall. They purposely cleared out the 7 failure codes in tHe computer to pass inspection, then got mad at me for taking it to the dealer to have it diagnosed. I have asked to return the car and have my down payment returned minus the $300 DMV fees and $35.00 Registration fee. They did not put the Warranty application in so I feel I should not have to pay that $650.00 fee.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund of $3000.00, plus the $163.00 Diagnostic fee returned. Plus pay for the down payment on the car I had to get in a hurry because of his fraud.
