Review: When I ordered product from the seller, it came in clearly not what it was supposed to be. When I sent the product back to the seller to fix the issue, approximately a month and a half after they have very clearly received the item they have stopped responding to any and all communication. Approximately 1 week after they received the item, they had said it will be sent back to me within 24-48 hours and 6 weeks later I still do not have the product. When I send them communications, their website promises 24 hour response time and I will go 2-3 weeks without any response. Completely unacceptable for any business to lie to its customers after they have already paid for products.I do have every single communication between myself and the seller saved.Desired Settlement: Its very simple - complete the transaction and give me what I paid for in whole or refund me my money so I can take my business elsewhere.
