V & V Roofing

We were referred to V & V roofing by our home inspector. We needed a roof estimate on a house we were purchasing. They came out right away and gave us a verbal estimate. We were told we would have the written estimate in 2 days. 2 days came an went, nothing. We contacted the owner multiple times. He promised us, each day, that at the end of the day we would receive the estimate. Each day nothing. My agent and myself continued to ask for it. Finally our deadline came about and still nothing. I called the owner who gave me the run around then blamed his wife the office manager. He told me she was told to have that to me that morning. He gave me her number and I called her. Immediately she got mad at me and started yelling at me telling me she had no idea who I was and her husband never told her anything. She told me she was at a funeral and she could not and would not help me and then hung up on me! She was so rude. I had no idea she was at a funeral, her husband was the one who told me to call. So I called her husband back and he made excuses then hung up. Do not use these people! I had been pre warned that they are hard to track down. Do not give them your money ever!

Was hesitant to write a review, but after reading multiple negative reviews on multiple other sites, tigerdroppings and here, decided to warn others of V & V roofing and sheetmetal. This guy Victor will tell you he is coming and then never shows up, has happened multiple times. Problem? you can forget about seeing these people. Stay away from this operation.

I used these guys upon recommendation from a coworker about '06 or '07. They came out repaired my patio roof. They were quick and did a fine job with the repair but they damaged my recently installed pool and deck. They dropped tar into the pool and chipped the deck. I called to see when it could be fixed. They assured me they would take care of it. I never heard from them again and they never returned any of my follow up calls. I let it go so I thought but came across their business card tonight and realized I was still upset about it. Please do not use this company.They may be well intentioned but I believe they are unorganized if not flat out deceitful.
