V Tech Squad Inc

Review: 1 year on May [redacted] 2012 I called Vtech Squad for their services due to having a virus in my computer. They were happy to help me with a purchase of their 3 year protection plan of $299.00 so I purchased it and had my issues resolved. The one year later May [redacted] or so 2013 I got another virus in my computer. So I tried contacting Vtech Squad again with the information I had saved from the previous help with them to find out the number was no longer in service. I had to search for a new number on my phone. When I finally found the new number I called to have help with my computer issues again only to be on hold for over a half hour and the sent to a voicemail. This happened 2 days in a row and both times I left messages. I had to go to Mcaffe company and pay another fee to haver computer cleaned. I called again in the 3rd day to Vtech and finally got through. I explained what happened and they said it was because their phones lines were down at the time. I asked them back in May 2013 to have refund if my purchase and was told that it was put in the system to be processed and should receive my refund in 10-11 business days. I never received a confirmation email and then after almost 30 days of wait time I never received my refund. I called again to find out about and was told to wait at least 3 more business days. I waited again and nothing so I called again and there to my surprise there was nothing inputed to the system that I called for a refund. I even asked to speak with the supervisor and did and he told me not to worry I would receive my refund. To this day I still have not received my refund even after finally receiving a confirmation email on June [redacted] 2013. I have called again and sent emails to find out what is going and I get no where with talking to anyone from the company. The last thing I got was an email stating that "Regarding your refund 10-12 business days is taken by the bank not us. The refund policy is outlined on our website for reading and understanding." That was on July [redacted] 2013. I also received another email on July [redacted] 2013 for another confirmation saying they are processing my refund and please wait 10-15 business days now. It is now July [redacted] 2013 and have not received anything! This company seems like it is scamming me to keep my money.Desired Settlement: Want to get my refund that they say I will get and don't want this company to be able to take advantage of anyone else and scam them out of their money!
