Review: I have a service agreement for my furnace that is good till April 2015 I called for my annual furnace cleaning , appointment was for next week I received a call last week that they would not honor my service contract because I did not renew my contract to buy oil which expired feb 1st 2015. I was told it was the managers decision . I have a copy of my service agreement and there are 12 conditions listed no where does it say you have to be on automatic delivery or be under contract to buy my oil from [redacted]. Furthermore I received a reminder in the mail feb 14th reminding me to have my burner cleaned and it is covered under my service contract with [redacted].Desired Settlement: I paid for a 12 month service contract April 2014-2015 I want my furnace serviced free of charge per the current agreement I have with this company.
