Review: On Saturday, August 23, I had VClean All schedule to come in between 10am-1pm to Carpet Steam clean and Air Duct clean my apartment. The technician, Carlos, had called me letting me that he was running late and he would not meet our timeframe. When he finally arrived at my apartment, he had decided not to come in because he was "concerned" he would get sick due to the rain. What type of service is this? This guy should be fired. It was drizzling and my roommates and I offered to assist him with umbrellas. Our parking is only a couple yards from the parking lot Carlos' was parked in. We even came out with our umbrellas to help him but he didn't even stay 5 minutes. Carlos had already left. I called VClean All and was told a manager would call me on Monday, August 25. He did not. So I called again on Tuesday and when I spoke to the manager, he had nothing but attitude. He told me it was VClean All's company policy that a technician has the right to refuse service due to inclement weather. He also told me how he lives near me and it was "raining hard". We recorded on video how hard it was raining to prove that these are all but lies. When I asked him if it was on the company's website or in any of the documents I had read in case I overlooked it, he said it was not. I should of listen to the other complaints I read on Revdex.com and [redacted].

Review: Cleaning of the duct was far from satisfactory. The next day itself the ducts started dropping down black stuff which was the reason it was got cleand

Two local guys in [redacted] showed up, my main complaint was kind of black stuff dropping out of the ducts. They charged more than $ 500 for the mold treatment and duct cleaning. The next day onwards and until today the problem reoccured and black stuff keeps falling down non stop. All my telephone calls have gone in vain, nobody picks the phone in their local office [redacted], this number was given to me when I called [redacted]. Totally unsatifactory work. Work is guaranteed for one whole year.Desired Settlement: Either clean all the duct properly and ensure that no mold drops for atleast one year or refund the money charged.

Review: Bad Business Practices,Poor Customer Service and Service Delivery Issues.

Vclean failed to meet its agreed upon business obligations and did not delivered services that was paid for and promised. Furthermore this company did not provide adequate and customary response when was called multiple times during the day of service and although promised to call back with needed information, they never honored their promises. Here is the nature of the complaint: I booked my carpet cleaning service with Vclean one month in advance, which was confirmed via mailed later on that day. The day before the appointment date (7/25/2014) received a call to confirm the time and date, and I confirmed, then they asked me if I would be willing to change the appointment time window from 2 pm to 10 am which I agreed. I got up early in the morning to clean up the rooms for the work as they has instructed such as vacuuming and putting the stuff away for 3 rooms, and then waited and waited and then waited some more. At 1:40pm after waiting for 3 1/2 hours, I received a call to say that their cleaning people are running a bit late and when I asked how long is a little bit, I was told between 2 to 3 pm which meant I had to wait another 1 1/2, again I agreed and waited and waited again made a number of phone calls for status and was not given an answer and was told by two people from thier office that they will call me right back with the needed information, well they did not. Then at 4:30 I got a call from their workers saying that NOW at 4:30 they are getting on their way to come to my place which meant waiting another god know how long for them to come and all of that is before they get to my house and do the job which would have meant another few hours of cleaning work time. I was so frustrated and had lost trust in their words and services and left the house and did not want them to come anymore. They wasted my entire Saturday having me wait in the house all day long, necessitating to rearrange my plans and business due to the wait time for Vclean people to show up, they provided inadequate communications and response and simply put "They Did Not Deliver Promised Services as agreed up on multiple times" and on top of that very poor customer service. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES..... I encourage anyone who is reading this complaint to not do business with Vclean and save themselves unnecessary agrevation, money and time.Desired Settlement: Refund for the amount paid and get out of business.

Review: Vendor informed me that inspection to be done before service performed. Vendor performed service. Duct was damaged. Vendor never informed me of damage

Vendor came to home on 10/12. I was not present. My mother was present and allowed vendor to communicate with me via telephone. Vendor informed me that an inspection had to be performed in prior to performing services to make sure there were no existing problems. Vendor continued to perform service. Vendor informed my mother that ducts were very dirty and they left dirt with out cleaning it up. Vendor never informed me that main duct that is used to disperse air through a/c to all vents had collapsed. Damage is not from being stepped on. I have photos. When I arrived at home, it was in worse shape than before services were performed. I contacted several managers and was told that the duct was damaged prior to service and that I should have been there while services were performed. When I asked manager why employee had not pointed out the duct was damaged prior to service, manager informed me that the inspection was not to examine the same ducts that they came to clean.Desired Settlement: It cost me $250 to correct issue. I would like a settlement of $350 for time wasted trying to continuously contact vendor and jump through hoops with [redacted] to get nowhere. Lawyer fees would be much more.

Review: Company advertised a service via [redacted] at a particular price. The actual service performed was different from that advertised.

I purchased a [redacted] deal on June 1 2014. The company that advertised their service is 'V Clean All'. The service was for 'HVAC Inspection Package with cleaning of Main, Return, Dryer and supply vents'.

However, when the technician arrived, he informed me they only clean the first 5 feet of the dryer vent. Any additional foot would be $5 extra.

The deal the company stated on [redacted] didn't state this. The technician and I called the company and spoke to the manager. He acknowledged that the [redacted] fine print didn't state that they would clean the first 5 feet of the dryer vent only, but nonetheless, he wouldn't honor the actual terms stated in their advertisement on [redacted].

In addition to this, the "cleaning" of the supply and main vents doesn't constitute cleaning. All the technician did was blow air across the OPENING of each vent, that was it.

I think this is false advertising and customers need to be notified of exactly what they are receiving from this company when they sign up for "cleaning of main, supply and dryer vents".

[redacted] purchased on June 1, 2014.

Actual service incident occurred on June 4, 2014.

[redacted] bar-code number: [redacted]

web link to advertisement: https://www.[redacted].com/deals/v-clean-all-6

Payment was via credit card to [redacted].

Let me know if you require any additional details.Desired Settlement: Settlement would be for them to remove their false advertising from the public domain OR to include the real facts of their "deal", that is, that they only clean the first 5 feet of dryer vents, and that they only blow air across the main and supply vents but do not clean those vents.

Review: False advertisement; bad customer service, bad management (M[redacted]), services not provided.

This company has advertised services on [redacted] and [redacted]. I ordered service off of [redacted] July 16th and contacted the company that day. I was scheduled for service between 1p-4p on July 21st. The tech arrived and wanted to charge me $40 or $45 a room for deodorizer and sanitizer as soon as he walked into the apartment. I declined. He then said it was a $25 charge to bring the equipment from the parking lot to the apartment complex which is not advertised. I declined that as well. The tech said he'd return to his truck and call his manager. The tech called me from the parking lot to say that he was leaving and that I was being refunded and that his manager would be calling. The parking lot is less than a 30 second walk. I called and spoke with the manager who is extremely unprofessional and he reported that his tech told him it was too far to bring up the equipment and that I was trying to get rid of pet stains for $69 dollars which is what I paid for the voucher. I did tell the tech that I had a pet and so I wanted the carpet cleaned. I also let the manager know that I'd only had the pet for a week and there were no stains on my carpet. The pup barely peed twice on the carpet and therefore I wanted the carpet cleaned. My carpet is not filthy. My carpet is not stained. My carpet is not ripped or torn. The technician over exaggerated and I believe this was because I had declined any upcharges. The manager told me that I was no longer a customer and therefore no longer had to worry about their service. When I asked to speak to someone above him, he said that that only left the manager. I stated 'I'm assuming I can't speak with him'. His retort (not verbatim) 'He wouldn't be the owner if he had to work a full time job' which he repeated after I questioned what he'd said. The manager, what he called himself after I asked to speak to a manager, said that the tech's job is to come in and assess the situation and report back to them. VClean is only using discount sites as a foot through the door and making attempts to upcharge the customer. I declined any additional services so the tech left. I would not pay $40 to $45 dollars a room for sanitizer and deodorizer. For the sake of argument... what if my carpet was covered in pet stains and odor. I still paid for a service and the company should have honored that. Responsibly, the tech should have moved forward with the clean ensuring me that this would not rid the carpet of any smells or stains. Revdex.com, if I could send you a picture of my carpet, I would. It's in the same condition it was when I moved in over 6 months ago. VClean is an unprofessional company and a waste of consumer's time. They have discount services plastered all over [redacted]. I am in disbelief. I did tell the Manager that he needed to take a class in management and that the company had poor customer service. He said that he had other customers to attend to.Desired Settlement: Written correspondence from the company stating why the service was not provided. Update the website with pricing and additional costs.

I really would love to be compensated for my time and additional charges that will be accrued for deciding to go with a nationally recognized company but that seem like it'd be a far stretch.

I would ask that they honor the purchase but I'm not waiting for this to be resolved for services that I wanted, researched, paid, and waited for.

Review: No call, no show for prepaid cleaning carpet cleaning service when scheduled. Unwilling to reassign a different technician to come at schedules time.

Prepaid for them to clean the carpet in my apartment before my move out date. They did not call or show up. When I called them they were unwilling to reassign another tech to come at the time they were scheduled to show. With time constraints of move out date this had to be completed on the day scheduled. This left me in a bind to find another service to come that day.Desired Settlement: Refund plus my cost in time to find someone else to do the job they were paid to do. This cleaning had time constraints that needed to be completed before my move out date. I waited for them for half day to show.

Review: I found a [redacted] for: $49 for vent-cleaning package, furnace inspection, and dryer-vent cleaning ($320 value)Vent-cleaning packages include cleaning for the following:One main ventOne return ventUnlimited supply ventsDryer Vent is first 10 feetPrior to purchasing the pkg, I emailed the company to find out how much extra dryer footage is, they said it was $5/foot. I purchased the [redacted] on Jan 23,2014 & made an appt for Jan 28 btwn 1-4pm.[redacted] & another male, came to the house. [redacted] said it would cost $125 to clean the whole dryer vent. After the male started cleaning the vents, [redacted] said they forgot a piece of equipment & couldnt clean the return vent but would give us a discount & charge $100 for dryer. He then came to us & said he should have charged more because the vent is severely clogged. He told us he had to go 25 ft from both sides & the vent was disconnected. [redacted] had me rewrite the check to [redacted], not V Clean All. He said he cant fix it but it was fine for the dryer lint to be "flying around in the ceiling". Jan 29th I tried using my dryer & it wouldnt stay on indicating no air flow. I called [redacted] and left a msg, was told he would call me back next day.Our landlord had a company come out to fix the disconnect on Jan 30th. We watched (& took pictures) of the guy pulling lint out with his hand & lots more! There's no disconnected vent!!! I called [redacted] and left another msg, was again told he would call me back next day.On Jan 31, [redacted] finally called back with [redacted] on the phone afterwards, we started emailing because he wanted the receipt and pictures sent to him. I requested a full refund but he refused, saying he would only refund the $100 since I signed a contract saying no refund & we didnt give them a chance to fix the problem. I advised this wasnt acceptable & he stopped all communication.I contacted the City of [redacted] Community Planning to verify the address the company gave me; the business isnt listed with them or at that address.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of $495.27 ($149 for V Clean All and $346.27 that was charged from the second company) since V Clean All is a scam, lacked professionalism and did not hold up their end of the contract, causing more problems and required another company to complete the job at a much higher cost than we originally intended to pay.
