Review: USA Web could not deliver on their promises. Over the 4 years I was with them my service was extremely poor. My domain was not renewed twice. I was only to find this out because my emails and website was down. This was a continuous problem with service. 2 years in a row I have tried to leave this company and have my domain transferred to Go Daddy only to be ignored. Terrible company, including the owner. Bottom line they don't deliver but they will collect your money.Desired Settlement: Release the domain
