I am very pleased with my dealings with USA Containers. I had Kate M who was extremely helpful, there was not a question that I asked that I did not get a full answer on. Everything was truthful an did exceed my expectations. I have already told others friends an coworkers an will continue to let them know about the positive experience I have had with USA Containers. In the future I do plan on going through USA an using Kate's help.

We purchased a shipping container from the said company. Before we made the purchase they had sent the terms for delivery and what was expected from us for delivery. They also sent a video on how the process would take place. So we made sure everything was correct . We stated we wanted a 20 ft container and in the information we received said that it comes on a 20ft roll off. Which is no problem. The video we watched did not state anything. It was just a video with music. I made sure I told the sales rep that we lived on a dead end road and the drive would need to back down the road to our driveway. She said that shouldn't be a problem but tell logistics when they call. So when logistics called I told them, they asked how far, and I said probably 2 football fields. They said no problem just tell dispatch when they call letting you know driver is on way. So I did this. Again nobody has said that this was a problem. When the container was 20 minutes away the driver called and so my husband met him at the corner. The driver could not back the corner off the main highway onto the residential road. My husband then asked y was it on such a long trailer. The driver said that's what size trailers we use. He then came down to our house and said there is no way to deliver. He said I cant get a forty ft trailer in here. So the driver left with the container. The company at this point asked if we could have it dropped somewhere else. So we made arrangements and let them know and then they wanted us to pay a second shipping fee. We refused and the asked us to pay a portion of it and again we refused due to the fact that if we would have been told that it was arriving on a 40 ft trailer instead of a 20 ft trailer we would not have made arrangements for it to be delivered at our home. So they gave me a choice. First was pay a portion of the second shipping fee and get the container dropped at the alternative destination or second was to get a refund for the price of container minus the shipping fee. I told the no because again this is not our fault and we should not be out our money due to their misleading information. Thry said they were going ahead with a partial refund. And they did but I told them I want a full refund. I was told by my local court house to come to you.

USA Containers went ahead to deliver the shipping container to the customer but truck and trailer would not fit on customer's property therefore the truck, trailer and container returned to the port.

As per the terms and conditions that customer agreed to when placing the order, customer is responsible to pay the delivery fees if truck and trailer does not fit where the customer wants to go.

Because we love our customers and we want to make sure that they are taken care of, we waived 50% of the delivery fees. We follow Revdex.com's guidance and rules to come in the middle for any situation and complaint. We are truly broken hearted to hear that our customer is not happy.

Customer was supposed to to pay the following fees: $930 for the delivery fee to the property + another delivery fee to bring back the container to the port ($930)

We have decided to come in the middle and offered the customer that we will pay the trucking company 50% of the fees even though customer was responsible for both fees.

I have attached screenshots of information that was sent to us that the said company is saying that it was only informational and not necessarily accurate. As a customer, I rely on the information being sent to me is accurate so when I'm told it is only informational how am I supposed to properly prepare for it. Yes they did give me a partial refund but I should not be responsible for what they kept due to the information was not accurate.

USA Containers declines any communication done through 3rd party websites or messages such as Facebook.USA Containers sent proper communication via email directly from company email and directed customer to company website's terms and conditions and company's owned videos.

Containers were perfect for sliding under our RV dining benches and they hold our kitchen pots and pans making them easier to access than the cabinets. They came quickly, were expensive but are very sturdy to hold the weight easily. I have no regrets about the purchase and they can be repurposed for anything heavy should the need arrive.

Very happy with the service and with the drivers who drove from El Paso TX to my yard in Tucson AZ. Container is in very good condition for very good price.

I called them on a Saturday in a panic because I had order from another company and at last minute they canceled on me with no explanation. He stated that they could get the Connex to me in 5-7 days but if they had a cancellation they would do everything they could to get it to me sooner . Well it is Wednesday morning and my connex has been dropped off I am very great full for everything they have done to get it to me as soon as they could . I will recommend them and lose them again if we ever need another connex! Thank you for all your hard work and doing everything you could to help me out

Overall good experience dealing with the company. My questions were answered immediately whenever I first began the transaction to purchase the container- which was probably alittle different, because I'm in one state and was having delivered to my dad's home in another state. Very positive experience and pricing. I will definitely refer if ever asked.

USA CONTAINERS, I PURCHASE ONE OF THERE 40 FOOT HIGH CUBE CONTAINERS. HAD GREAT COMUNICATIONS WITH THEM FROM START TO FINISH. COMPANY DELIVERY WAS RIGHT AT THE TIME THAT IT WOULD BE DRLIVERED. THE PLACEMENT ON MY PROPERTY WAS PERFECT, RIGHT WHERE I WANTED IT TO BE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM FOR ANY STORAGE CONTAINERS NEEDS.

I had no problem with the ordering and payment portion of USA. I would have like to have time to pick the container. The operator pulled one down and started loading when I noticed the container had a large patch on the side. I asked for a different unit and reluctantly he pulled another unit down. From the outside it looked ok but was no willing for me to look inside. We loaded it. When I drove 3 hrs, I opened the unit. The doors were very hard to open. I could not do anything about it in the yard. It has taken me about 4 hrs to make these doors operational. The next container I purchase I will require the company to allow me to inspect thoroughly before I leave the yard.

We were sold 2 20 foot shipping containers that were under the classification "cargo ready". Industry standards for this category means that they are wind and water tight with minor dents and rust. What we recieved is lots of minor dents due to there age 14 and 15 years old, lots of rust and a 2 inch by 1 inch hole in the bottom panel. This allows water to get in and no longer makes the water tight under there classification. Also, the seals around the doors are torn and leaking. The doors on one of the containers are incredibly hard to open. Impossible if your not incredibly strong.This puts them into a lower category, decreasing there value. After speaking with the agent that sold us the containers he offered $100 refund and a patch kit. The true price difference between the two gades is closer to $400 each. We want either replacements closer to the value of what we paid for under the industry standards or refund the difference of the 2 categories. We paid for a certain condition defined by the industry and we received a different condition demonstrated by numerous issues i.e faulty seals, large hole, ect.
Their idea of a compromise is a refund of 100 and a patch kit and we find that unacceptable and thats why we need your help

USA Containers spoke with the inspector and the shipping line. They said the hole was not there when the container was delivered.

We kept pushing the inspector and the shipping line for an additional refund.

So we sent a refund of $100 + ordered a wet patch for you.

The shipping line can add another $150 refund per container so a total of $300.

If you decide that this is satisfactory, we will proceed with the refund today.

Container was as described, in good condition. Delivery was delayed one day due to driver circumstances, but they were upfront with a call about that and it was fine with me. Overall it was a very positive transaction at a competitive price.

I purchased a 40' HC from them and when it was delivered on Friday the 13th of March 2020 the doors were closed and it looked ok. I opened the doors and the inside appeared to be ok. I signed for the container and the delivery company left. My wife and dog looked around and checked it out and then I attempted to close it and lock it only to discover the right door would not close all the way and seal or lock. I immediately contacted them and made them aware of the situation. They said to send a video and they would get with the delivery company and get back to me on Monday. I waited till Monday afternoon and after no hearing back from them I contacted them. They said the delivery company said the container was fine on delivery and since I had signed for it they would not do anything to fix or replace it. Out $$$$ for a junk container and they will not honer their guarantee of wind water tight or even attempt to make this right. In addition to filing this complaint I intend to file a complaint with my state attorney generals office as well as contacting an attorney.

It breaks our hearts when we receive such terrible review from any of our customers for any reason at any time.

USA Containers is in this business for doing great to out customers therefore I have personally reached out to the delivery company that delivered this container and asked for their opinion on what has happened. I have attached a screenshot of their response.

As we are reading from customer's comments, when the container was delivered, everything was ok. Customer signed the paperwork and accepted the container.

USA Containers guarantees that the containers will work however USA Containers does not have any power in regards to what the customer is doing with the container and in this examples, customer has set the container on several pallets which it should have not happen because it damages the way the doors are set as they need to be set straight flat.

USA Containers apologizes for this (even though USA Containers did nothing wrong) and as per the delivery company, they recommend to take away the pallets and grease the door latches.

I am rejecting this response because: If you are willing to replace it then you need to bring another one and swap them out. You know as well as I do that I have no way to load and transport this. Just honor your guarantee and do me right. Is it really worth the business you will lose by not taking care of your customer? As I showed you in the video you had me send I have purchased these in the past and know what they are all about and how to operate (open and close) them. My other container in the video it was unloaded the same way as this one on to the same pallet and plywood base so please don't keep trying to blame me or the base it was off loaded on.

Customer purchased an "AS IS" container. Attached to this email are the terms and conditions that customer agreed to.

Customer should have not accepted the shipping container if it was not to their satisfaction. By accepting the shipping container, it means that customer agrees to the condition and customer is satisfied. All sales are final.

I purchased a 40' for shipping container 1 week ago from this company, I have already paid. Delivery was set up for today. I have called Jack at the company headquarters 5 times today to ask about my delivery. He has assured me everytime that there delivery would take place. At 4:00 I called Jack upset that I hadn't heard anything, I've taken the day off of work and sat here, I needed this container now! Jack apologized and said delivery would happen in a few days! I hung up pissed. Jack then called me back and said great news! We just talked to the driver, he's at the Depot getting loaded now, he'll call you. The driver never called and Jack won't answer his phone. I'm at a loss, I'm thinking this company is a scam!

I ordered 2 containers on Aug. 8, 2019. The first was delivered on Aug 15, 2019. I was totally satisfied. It has some rust and dents and dings. I understand, it is used. But the 2nd one, delivered on Aug.19,2019, is so trashed. There is pieces of metal falling out of the doors. There is so many patched spots that are cracking and the metal is splitting where one of the hinges are. The rust is so deep on the door handles. I can't even get the door open. The 2nd container is just so trashed. We told the driver we didn't want it, we had the right to refuse it. He refused to leave with it. We couldn't try the doors while on the truck because of the way it was loaded. I also called the drivers boss, James R (501-463-0191). He said I had to talk to the company and they were closed. The delivery was made after 7:00PM and the company closed at 6:00PM. I have tried to talk to the company with no results. I talked to a man named Jack, who told me I shouldn't have accepted, he could then have done something about it. I told him what happened with the driver. He then said I should have texted him. I said how do you text a 1800 number. He said he would turn in the complaint. He just kept putting me off until I get no answer now at all. I tried to call the home office in Utah. This man just got rude. Said I signed a contract so I had to take what they send. I told him I would get a lawyer and he said to go ahead. They have lawyers too. I can get no resolution at all.
