US Relocation

US Relocation, Inc. gave us an estimate that my wife and I agreed to and signed. The truck showed up 11/13/19, they loaded it but were unable to get everything loaded. There was a significant amount of property left and when we mentioned this to the company they told us we should have had a back up plan. Once everything was loaded and the truck left the next morning, they called us at 14:00 on 11/14/19 to inform us that the price has increased approximately $2,000 because had gone over the cubic ft we were allowed and they needed a partial payment. I told them we did not agree to this price I didn't feel that we should be penalized for their error. Looking back on it, I don't think it was a mistake, I think they had this planned the whole time. We didn't pay them anything at this time because I wanted to see what our options were. They told us that by delaying payment would result in a delayed delivery and costing us more money. Fortunately, we were able to get our property the morning of 11/16/19 because before the two movers left I was able to get the drivers cell number so we could stay in touch during the shipment. They called me to see when we could unload Saturday morning. I assume that US Relocations or EKO Movers didn't keep the drivers in the loop. EKO Movers threatened the drivers by withholding pay. I paid USR 110% of our first agreement plus 200 for fuel. I would hate to think what would happen if I hadn't got the drivers number.

Terrible company. Once they have your money they don't care about you. Their insurance is worthless , and they subcontract out with companies that are not very reputable. Did hundreds of dollars of damage. Scratched up my new wood floors , leaked oil in my driveway staining my drive and they've done nothing. Stay away from this company.

US Relocation was very easy to work with. Best communication between client and a moving service I have ever had. I have moved frequently, 3 international, 6 domestic. One phone call, they locate a moving company in your area and time frame you need.You are always aware of timing, the company they are sending. They call to tell you the arrival time of movers, call to verify they have arrived, keep you advised as to when and timing of delivery. Excellent!
The company I was assigned Echo Movers out of Ohio were terrific .We moved from CO to FL. If moving is in your future, please consider this extremely efficient and professional company - US Relocation

This was a nightmare. They were more five hours later than the time slot they gave to me. They refused to compensate me for all of my time that they wasted and would not put things in writing, but instead would just call me. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled a move over a month ago. And now within 4 days of the move time I had a difficult time getting information. Called 4 times and got no response on the first 2. Called the 866 number twice, first one they did not call back and second one, they called back in less than 30 minutes. Then I got informed they would have to charge an extra $200 on truck and travel (I'm only moving 24 miles). I don't really have a choice at this time. Maybe it's not their fault, it's the fault of the movers they contract but neither is under my control at this last minute it would be hard to find someone else at a short notice.

I think these guys are great. I contacted them at the worst time of the year to be moving and they did everything in their power to pull it off and they did and they did it from New Jersey and I live in *** . I was a little scheptical at first because of the foreign language accent but boy did it all turn out nice
