Customer came in and paid for driving lessons for their daughterFirst lesson was takenThen the full second lesson was takenParents called/came in complaining they were not happy and wanted all their money refunded including the lessons that were already takenParents were extremely rude
and nasty and even threatening social media retaliation besides the Revdex.com, until they found out our phone conversations are all recordedThey claim the driving instructor was on the phoneIt is possible that the instructor may have taken a quick phone callIf so, these are done quicklyThis specific Instructor has over a decade of licensed training experience and would not put themselves in harms way by not paying attention to a studentOur school policy is very clear on refundsWe can not and do not issue refunds once a full lesson is takenThe student is behind the wheel and in control of the vehicle throughout the whole serviceIf really unhappy the student has full control to stop the vehicle and discontinue the lesson/serviceWe have our students sign when they receive this policyit's posted clearly at our office in multiple locations, and it's even written on every payment receiptWe can prove all of this if necessaryTwo lessons were taken in full and charged accordinglyThe balance of two unused lessons was refunded to customerThis complaint claims customer only asked for one lesson refundedThis is not true and I have phone recordings and multiple staff statements to show otherwiseWe still apologized to customerWe don't want anyone to be unhappy with their serviceWe have been in business over years
