I have an Aries spa that I have had for years I have had little trouble with the equipment, but now that I have their answer is a complete rebuild nearly because the can't or won't repair a circuit board that has some bad components An $new board solutions isn't really a solution
We have had our hot tub for over 10 years with only minor normal wear and tear problems. As a matter of fact our hot tub has out lasted friends that opted to go with less expensive brands. Service has always been great, never had a problem. Great investment and one that we have enjoyed over the years. Highly recommend Aries Spas.
