Unfortunately, complaint #10342611 did not come with an ID# that...
we can investigate and respond. However, upon reserach we discovered that the issue was resolved on 12/8/14.
In the future it would help if a member ID is included.

Review: I am in the process of moving to Colorado to be closer to my daughter and her family following the passing of my husband. In that process I found that Unicare supplement insurance has decided to not off drug coverage and has high premiums in the state of Colorado. I have been trying since the November time frame to cancel and all I need from them at this point is a fax saying I have chosen to cancel with their company. Unfortunately, complaint #10342611 did not come with an ID# that we can investigate and respond. However, upon reserach we discovered that the issue was resolved on 12/8/14.
In the future it would help if a member ID is included.
