I am rejecting this response becauseThe order was confirmed by my account page on there site along with an email
sent to my email address by them the next dayAs well as it showed as being shippedI still need to know who was notified that this was a credit card fraudAnd what steps were taking to make sure they were notified that was not a credit card fraud caseAs well as my name being cleared of any wrong doing in this matterIt is starting to look as if they over sold that product and said something to make an excuse for itHowever the person on the phone said credit card fraudAfter they had payment from PayPal servicesIn which the money was not refunded right away like I was toldIt was only refunded after several phone calls and chatting attempts made by meAs anyone knows now a days if your name is brought up in a credit card fraud your name lights up like a Christmas TreeI will not let this happen to my name

Hello not sure what the issue was but the order was shipped out immediately the following day and the customer received the order on 6/ It was shipped the following day since the order came thru at 6:18pm on 6/ Sorry the customer did not get the tracking number which is auto
emailed to all customers but many times it is considered spam and customers do not get it

We have a system called Kount that looks at over 100 points on a transaction.  If too many are triggered then the transaction gets triggered as fraud.

It just shows as fraud on our end not to the credit card companies.  I can give you a ss of the triggers in the program if you want to see them.  Bad thing with fraud even good transactions get flagged as fraud now because of how bad fraud is.
