UT Phone has been a Nightmare and I would not use them ever again as a Phone Service Provider as they mess with my phone lines without noticing me causing my only source Communication in case of Emergency to be comprimised all because Iam a little bit late on paying a bill. I have called them using a different phone to ask if they could fix my phone line only to get this respnse "Your Account has got to be Zero before we can help you" so then my phone line stays messed up
