U STOR Self Storage

Review: I recently moved from Fishers, IN to Bonita Springs, FL and we put our belongings in storage at the Fishers U-Stor facility. Once I moved to Florida, I did not receive a bill from U-Stor until my unit was passed due and late charges had been added to my bill. When renting the unit I specifically asked if a bill would be sent so that I can understand what was required to be paid. The send me a bill that had 20 dollars already added for late fees plus another 30 dollar penalty was added because I did not pay by the 15th (which was the notice date that the bill sent on). Once I called the store to explain that I was more than happy to auto-pay my bill I could not even set up the auto pay on-line and had to have the store email me a form to fill out.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my late fees refunded as am more than happy to pay my bill on-time (currently trying to set up auto-pay); however, if a business does not send it's customers a bill that is prior to the due date; how are they supposed to know what they are required to pay? I also believe the company should change its policy to send their customers bills prior to due date.
