MsA [redacted] is combining outrageous lies with gross distortions in her complaintMost obnoxiously, we have not been paid at all for the services we rendered, despite her what she claims rgb(245, 245, 245);">The spa did not damage her hair in the slightestWhen she first asked us to perm her hair, we told her it was ALREADY damaged and that it would not work to do the kind of perm she wanted, one with very curly hairShe agreed to get a perm with less curly results, and that is what she gotShe then complained that it was not curly enough, and refused to payWe offered to comb out the perm and let her leave the spa without paying, but she refused, saying that some of the perm was good, and she waned to keep it, and just leave.We were forced to call the police who quickly saw that we were correct and told to payShe agreed to pay but with a credit cardThen she cancelled the payment! Thus her statement that " [redacted] ***" is an outrageous and offensive lieWe have proof that the payment was cancelled and would not only be happy to provide it, we really wish that we could post it here, (with the private information removed of course)I will mail a copy to the Revdex.com for its consideration

[redacted] has not asked a question in her latest response, at least none that is discernible. But it should be noted that she no longer claims to have made the payment she owed for the services rendered. As we explained in our last response, she stopped the payment on the credit card she used. She also no longer denies that we warned her that her hair was already damaged by her prior chemical treatments. Ms. A[redacted] had been to our Salon before and knew that many of the staff have limited proficiency in English, as frankly does she. But before she was styled, she spoke with me via the phone and understood what I told her, and proceeded anyway. She now claims that we can fix her hair, for free. Clearly she has confidence in our abilities but simply refuses to pay and refuses to accept the consequences of her own actions which had previously damaged her hair, (as I had warned her). Of course when she refused to pay, we called the police. Anyone who knows they are in the right will contact the police to make sure they get paid; this is everyone's right.

Review: I wanted to get hair extensions as I had been having a very bad spring, it was the end of June & I went into their store and was told, to have my ENTIRE head done, it would cost $200. I borrowed the $$ and went there, I was so happy, like a kid! Instead of taking each *strand*, or *pieces* of (fake) hair off the cardboard it came on, and weaving them with my real hair, they plopped it on my head and SEWED it in! They put it too low and you could see the heavy thread and also the hooks, that tore into my head EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY & NIGHT! I sat there for over 2 HOURS, which I wouldn't have minded if the end result was the right one! I am recuperating from a broken back! I went back and spoke with the Owner/Manager,who told me I was the ONLY person that had ever complained, to let them wash my hair, for $14, they and the guy would try and fix it. I stayed there for over 2 hours while more hooks and heavy thread were sewn into my hair! My hair is dark brown, they didn't have that color so instead of telling me to color my hair, they just put black hair over my hair. I went back again and was told there was NOTHING they can do! I told them I was going to write the Revdex.com, and have meant to, but I do not own a computer anymore and have been in the hospital 3 times, admitted([redacted], etc) since this escapade! I woke up 1 day and couldn't take the pain and itching. My friend helped me, it took 3 HOURS, to get the full hair piece out of my hair.My real hair ripped, got thinner and I have SORES, from the hooks, on my scalp. They DON'T know what they are doing. I am disgusted, didn't appreciate the workers telling me the Manager wasn't there, when I saw her in the back, hysterical laughing!My hair is weak, thinner in the back, shorter in the back and they don't deserve to be in business! I CAN'T BELIEVE they did this to my hair and I TOOK PICTURES, where you actually see the thick black thread & hooks going around my head. I am very unhappy with them!I have witnesses's, pic's & the black hair!Desired Settlement: I want my $200 back, plus $14 x2, plus $50, for the 2 times they attempted to fix it, knowing they couldn't, so they just sewed it in tighter! The amount comes I want is $400 PLUS an APOLOGY! How dare they? People would pass me, turn around & laugh, as you saw thick BLACK thread, hooks and my dark BROWN BANGS, THEY RUINED MY HAIR!

Review: The hair stylers burnt my hair and my hair is falling apart now. Also when I refuse to pay for their damage to my hair they called police on me. I paid 65$ for a burnt hair. Right now I lost most of my hair I look like I came out of forest not a hair saloon. My hair will be needed therapy now because of these ignorant reckless people! It will cost me 200-500$ make my hair healthy again. The most horrible thing is they made me paid for this perm which burn down my hair. They said they were gonna make me a beautiful curly hair now I have an healthy hair coming down even I touch it.Desired Settlement: I want to repair my hair I am horrified to even wash my hair at this point. I am a woman hair is very important us. I look horrible with my hair falling apart eventually it will gonna cost me 200$ or more money to fix my hair. I want to have refund for 65$ plus 200$ to repair my hair somewhere else. I wouldn't trust them to repair my hair anymore. They are using cheap and dangerous products. I am beyond frustrated. They should be responsible for repair money! Please help.
