Response:

I am US Mailing House, dba Mailing Jet, I am not National Tax.

I do print and mail for National Tax but Mr [redacted] should contact National Tax direcly at 800.657.0840 and request that they remove him from their mailing list. He had the phone number wrong in his complaint.

I will also forward this to National Tax.

US Mailing House

Review: We unfortunately had a major tax issue that ended up with the IRS putting a lien on our home. Not realizing that this would be on Public Record. We received numberous, and most annoying, phone calls, and equally annoying mail, stating of how we could, "reduce your taxes owed by as much as 90% ...." Most of the callers when told that the IRS lien was paid in full, and was expunged from our records. However, one mailing from, "TAX PROCESSING CENTER - TAX LIEN DIVISION," noted as "Official Documents Enclosed - FINAL NOTICE." I first called when I received the first mailing, telling a representative that the lien had been paid off, and was being taken off my records. I further asked to be taken off thier mailing list. Approximately a week or so later, we received another mailing from them. I called again, but this time when a rep. answered, I stated that I had previoulsy called and they were supposed to stop the mailings. He then seemingly put me on hold, but seconds later I realized he had hung up on me. I called back immediately, this time another (male) rep. took my call. I told him of the "young man" I just tried talking with, he was terribly rude and even hug up on me. He apolized, and said he would personally take care of this immediately as soon as I mentioned my previous problems with the first rep., and again to take me off the mailing lists.A few days ago I received another mailing from this business, at this point I told my wife I was going to call and report this situation to the Revdex.com. We are so tired, frustrated, and simply angry, that these types of businesses continue to process and contact individuals in this manner. It was difficult and unfortunate enough that we had this problem, but having to put up with businesses that conduct this style is ethically wrong, at all levels. The emotional and financial impact on us was bad enough, but, having the constant annoyonce, really makes us feel like we have no privacy, and their lack of concern by this business continues to frustrate us.Desired Settlement: Satisfaction that this business loses their license, and is fined for the countless others that were terrible wronged! In addition, for all of the aggrevation and mental anquish we suffered, a monarary compensation would be appropriate, as we still may take further actions, including legal means.

Response:

Spoke to [redacted] and explained that his complaint is not with US Mailing House but with one of our clients that we mail for. He found our postal permit number and address which led to Revdex.com. I told him that I would (which I did) call my client and provide the feedback to the CEO and urge him to contact [redacted] directly to apologize. CEO said he would and was very concerned that one of his employees behaved in such a negative manner. [redacted] was friendly and appreciated the call. [redacted] will try to find the persons name that he talked to last month and if he finds it, will forward to me.
