Review: I purchased a card deck from US Game Systems Inc online for delivery for the amount of 19.95 plus a shipping cost of 5.70 on 11/27/13. I did not receive package and when I called the company they said they would resolve by finding merchandise or refunding the money. This never happened though instead I receive a very unfriendly phone call from a woman [redacted] stating the US Game Systems Inc is not responsible for the merchandise once it's shipped and once it's delivered even if it's left where it can be taken it's not the delivery companies fault. The item that I ordered it on back order and I'll have to pay for signature shipping whenever they get the item in. Not only was this unsatisfactory resolution, I feel it was extremely poor customer service. Their representative was very very rude.Desired Settlement: A refund in full for 25.70 back to the card used to make the purchase.

The above named customer did place an order with U.S. GAMES SYSTEMS, INC on our website and it was shipped from our warehouse via [redacted] on 12/3/2013. The merchandise was shipped to the requested address in Henderseon, NV. (I have attached the [redacted] proof of delivery along with an invoice copy showing the ship to address.)

Ms. [redacted] called our office on the morning of 12/10/13 and spoke to our customer service department staing the package was left by [redacted] on the front porch an someone stole it. When I was made aware of this (I did not speak to the customer directly.),I1mmed1ately called [redacted] and was informed the merchandise was indeed left on the porch on 12/10/13. When we ship merchandise (the same as other companies), it is with the trust that, not only the customer has provided a secure shipping address the merchandise will arrive at the destination the way it leaves our warehouse in good condition. It is unfortunate,in this case someone stole the package and [redacted] was not able to locate nor retrieve it.

The customer was then offered a replacement deck, unfortunately, being this is a popular deck and it is Christmas time,we were out of stock on that item. The customer was then told, since [redacted] delivered the merchandise to the correct destination ,the customer was informed she would need to pay for shipping only. At this point the customer became very angry and said "it was U.S. GAMES SYSTEMS fault that the merchandise was stolen" and she should not have to pay anything. Since the customer did not make mention of not wanting the replacement deck,no refund was requested.

It is our regret that this customer was not satisfied with our service and we apologize for the inconvenience. I have cancelled the replacement deck and our Accounting Department, today, have refunded the full amount of $25.70 back to the customers charge card.
